Second, the bidding process
1. The applicant submits the application materials to the organizer:
(1) An application for the designated institution of the cultural and artistic grading examination, including the applicant's main business and a written explanation of the grading conditions with corresponding personnel, funds, venues and equipment;
(2) The applicant shall accurately and clearly fill in and submit the Registration Form of Designated Institutions for Grading Culture and Art uniformly stipulated by the organizer, and affix the official seal to the name of the applicant in the upper left corner;
(3) The applicant shall provide the legal person certificate (copy) of the legal person unit, a copy of the valid site use certificate, a copy of the ID card of the legal representative (person in charge) and a copy of the ID card of the person in charge of the examination.
2. After receiving the application materials submitted by the applicant 10 working days, the organizer will reply whether to set up a designated institution for the national cultural and artistic level examination.
3. The organizer signs a cooperation agreement with the applicant and provides the applicant with a power of attorney and other related materials.
