On the principle of educational justice.
A: As a principle of teachers' professional ethics, educational justice mainly means that teachers can be calm, adhere to principles, and be fair and reasonable when evaluating and dealing with interpersonal relationships and various things in the field of education or in the process of education. Requirements: (1) Stick to the truth. Adhering to the truth requires teachers to study hard and master scientific theoretical knowledge, and enhance their ability to observe, analyze and deal with problems. Adhering to the truth requires teachers to publicize science in a clear-cut manner and fight against fallacies boldly and actively. Adhering to the truth requires teachers to correct mistakes anytime and anywhere; Adhering to the truth requires teachers to uphold justice: upholding justice means being able to uphold principles and fight against wrong words and deeds in the face of right and wrong. Whether justice can be maintained is an important symbol of teachers' moral consciousness. (2) handle affairs fairly. In teaching, teachers often have to deal with things related to students' immediate interests. When dealing with these things, teachers must follow the principle of justice and do things fairly. (3) Equal treatment. Teachers must treat all students fairly. They must treat all students equally. When teachers treat students, they can't distinguish between good and bad according to their grades, let alone their intelligence and personal feelings, and let alone their family background. We must not simply treat all students equally, as if there is no distinction, and we will adopt the same methods and means whenever and wherever we face any problems. The key to treating students equally is to have a correct attitude. Treating students equally, fundamentally speaking, requires teachers to treat all students equally in personality, respect each student and care about their all-round growth. For the healthy growth of students, we should proceed from reality and adopt appropriate ways and methods.
