For example, in normal teaching, when students are observing, experimenting or discussing independently, teachers should actively watch, listen carefully, put themselves in the students' shoes, keep abreast of various situations in the classroom, and consider how to guide students to learn next. In the process of mathematics teaching, teachers should not take imparting knowledge as their main task and purpose, nor should they spend their main energy on checking students' mastery of knowledge. In order to further improve the classroom teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers, Moqi Teachers' Continuing Education School organized special training for primary and secondary school teachers in summer. All the teachers who participated in this training, old people and young people who participated in the work, were full of praise for this activity and enthusiastically participated in the discussion, which made this training activity a complete success. I also benefited a lot from it. Speaking of which, you must be particularly interested in our training content, that is, a new round of basic teaching training for primary and secondary school teachers-"paying attention to pre-class preparation and implementing effective teaching"
This training is divided into three phases, and each training teacher has designed careful arrangements; The first morning: Teacher Cui gave a lecture on "Paying attention to the preparation before class and implementing effective teaching". Then use the afternoon and the next day to prepare lessons, communicate with various training teams, and accept the training teachers on the third day. It can be said that in the whole training process, our math teacher Cui is very attentive. She not only pays attention to the whole, but also goes deep into each group to give guidance, giving special guidance to every detail, so that every teacher who participates in the training has gained a lot.
The training of "paying attention to preparation before class and implementing effective teaching" mainly starts from the following six aspects: teaching material analysis; Analysis of learners' characteristics; Determine the teaching objectives; Analyze and determine the teaching process of the nearest development zone; Teaching material processing and teaching strategy selection; Prepare lesson plans. The new curriculum advocates "the integration of students' life world and scientific world", thus realizing "the integration of real life resources and teaching materials resources". Especially for our rural schools, we don't have superior teaching conditions in big cities, and we don't have superior off-campus curriculum resources. For example: libraries, exhibition halls, science and technology museums, etc. But our teachers should learn to actively and creatively use all available resources to serve their own teaching. This requires our teachers to have a pair of eyes that are good at discovering, and use the educational resources around them to educate students, so that students can feel the vividness and interest of mathematics. Having said that, I can't help but think of my experience in teaching the fourth grade "Tree Planting Problem". The most difficult thing for students in this class is "interval". If explained in terms, students will feel very abstract. The textbook does not specifically introduce the meaning of the word "interval", which is the basis for solving the problem of planting trees. what can I do? While I was thinking hard, I noticed that many pupils were playing clapping games. Isn't the gap between two fingers just a gap? So I started with students performing "Happy Clapping Songs" in teaching. After the performance, I asked the students to look at one of their little hands and ask, "What numbers can you find?" The student answered: "5". I said, "You're right. We do have five fingers in one hand. But the teacher found a number 4 in addition to the five numbers you said. Do you know what this means? " At that time, my classmates looked at me with surprised eyes and small hands. Soon, some students found out: "teacher, I know, it's a gap between fingers." I complimented that classmate: "You are really a child who is good at discovering." So I easily guided the students to understand the word "interval" and naturally entered this class.
Just as the new curriculum advocates that our teachers should use teaching materials instead of teaching them, as Mr. Ye Shengtao said, "Teaching materials are just an example." How to grasp and use teaching materials is the key to the success or failure of our teachers' teaching. To become a wise teacher, we must actively participate in the development and utilization of curriculum resources, so as to achieve effective teaching.
Last year, I participated in continuing education and training. I was deeply impressed by this training. I benefited a lot from this study. Through learning materials, expert comments and online communication, I have a further understanding of the concept of new curriculum reform; Through participating in online seminars and exchanges, I realized the charm of distance learning, and I was lucky enough to hear the different voices of my classmates. By completing the submitted homework, I have exercised my expression ability and increased my personal wisdom; By reading class and course briefings, I shared my classmates' research results and experts' curriculum reform results. The training made me fully and profoundly understand the basic concepts of the new junior high school mathematics curriculum, and mastered the basic concepts, design ideas, curriculum objectives, content standards, teaching and evaluation requirements of the new junior high school mathematics curriculum standards. Internet is a good platform. I listen carefully to the wonderful comments of experts, actively participate in the exchanges and discussions with my peers, and lie in front of the computer every day, reading texts, doing homework and commenting. I felt deeply and gained a lot. Add another fun to your busy life. Experts' comments and wonderful lesson examples make me understand the necessity and importance of the new curriculum reform from a theoretical perspective, and also understand the English classroom teaching under the new curriculum concept from a perceptual perspective, which makes me rationally reflect and examine my own education and teaching views and teaching strategies.

The reduction of teaching time under the new situation, I think this is a problem that every teacher will encounter in the process of curriculum reform. In the process of explaining knowledge, if there are too many knowledge points to explain, students will not be able to understand knowledge well and their listening and speaking ability will not be well trained. There are too few explanations for students to use. When the exam comes, the score will be lower, which is difficult to deal with. But we must change this situation! Change may not be effective in a short time, but it will be ineffective without change. Teaching methods, teaching means and teaching ideas can not be ignored. Reasonable teaching methods can only be suitable for a certain stage, but not forever. Teaching methods and means need to be continuously explored and improved. In the process of teaching reform, only by constantly, seriously and attentively practicing and summarizing can reasonable teaching methods and means be formed. Everyone has everyone's lecture style. Only by fully mobilizing students' enthusiasm can students really learn something, learn something and grow up healthily in an atmosphere where students are happy and good at learning-I think this class is a good class. This move aims to cultivate students' interest in English learning and simple English communication skills. Because this is based on the specific task as the learning motivation, the process of completing the task as the learning process, the way of developing the task results to reflect the teaching results, the purpose of application, the use of core teaching methods, and the appropriate addition of the "task-based" language teaching module in teaching activities, so as to cultivate students' comprehensive language ability.
Third, the common development and sharing of teaching resources.
After listening to experts' reports, courseware demonstrations and concluding remarks, as well as our group discussions, I deeply feel that teaching resources are very important for teaching and implementation under the new curriculum standards. I deeply realize that we should learn modern educational technology, constantly update our educational ideas, and develop and share English teaching resources and related teaching AIDS based on modern information technology. Actively participate in the cooperative development and sharing of teaching resources, so as to save manpower, material resources and energy, learn from each other's strengths, and sublimate their educational knowledge and experience to a higher level, so as to better carry out teaching implementation and evaluation under the new curriculum reform. Another example is: when measuring, whether it is 5 cm or 6 cm teaching, the teacher did not tell how many centimeters it is in advance, but let the students think for themselves, let the students "analyze" themselves, strengthen their memory, avoid students' misunderstanding of the measurement, and truly understand that "0" only represents the initial role. Students not only strengthened their understanding of 1 cm, but also really learned to measure. This process surprised and admired me. It seems that scientific and reasonable measurement methods are unconsciously generated in students' experience.

Looking back on this class, there is no exquisite courseware, but more a mathematical thinking method.
