What is the significance of the research on the development of community education in the process of new urbanization?
Under the background of China's comprehensive implementation of the new urbanization strategy, taking the current situation of China's community education development as the logical starting point, taking the decision of comprehensively deepening reform put forward by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the guiding ideology, taking the national policy program as the guiding principle, taking modern education theory and learning theory as the cognitive basis, and choosing the development of community education with the most essential significance and source power as the main research object from many decisive factors affecting the new urbanization process. On the basis of reading the national policy program and regulations, this paper makes a full investigation, analysis and summary of the current situation of community education development in the process of new urbanization, trying to explore the new challenges and opportunities faced by community education development under the background of new urbanization, and on this basis, expanding and extending to the related fields of community education, trying to find a green road for China's community education to embark on a healthy and sustainable development, and providing theoretical support and practical guidance for fundamentally solving the development problems of community education. This paper focuses on the theme of "the development of community education in the process of new urbanization" and is divided into six chapters to carry out research. The first chapter is the introduction, which expounds the origin and significance of the topic as a whole, and grasps the development course and present situation of community education in the process of new urbanization, community education and new urbanization as a whole; The basic idea, main methods, main contents and innovations of this paper are introduced in detail. At the same time, the connotation of community education development in the process of new urbanization, community education and new urbanization is explained and defined, which provides the necessary foundation and preliminary bedding for the follow-up research of this paper. The second chapter expounds in detail the new functions and responsibilities of community education development in the process of new urbanization. This paper discusses the new functions of community education from three aspects: human resources development, comprehensive teaching innovation and modern expression of functions. By focusing on community education in Tianjin, Guangzhou and Chengdu, the new responsibilities of new workers, new farmers and new citizens in the new urbanization construction are clarified. This paper makes a rational exploration of the three core elements of the function of community education: the goal, the connotation and the mode. On this basis, this paper discusses in detail the three functional orientations of community education: authority, openness and standardization, and defines the functional direction, functional category and functional boundary of community education. The third chapter expounds the new opportunities and challenges of community education development in the process of new urbanization. In-depth excavation of "harmony, learning, intelligence, ecology, humanities" five types of new city construction, as well as the five opportunities of "openness, systematization, informationization, ecology and connotation" brought by the development of community education. The changes of "society, economy, life, humanities and occupation" environment in the new urbanization construction are analyzed in detail, which makes the development of community education meet the challenge of "status, demand, mode, direction and behavior". At the same time, it deeply analyzes the relationship that should be grasped when the development of community education faces opportunities and challenges in the new urbanization construction. The fourth chapter makes an empirical investigation on the current situation of community education development in the process of new urbanization through questionnaires and interviews. By analyzing the information and data of the survey project, this paper summarizes the existing problems that affect the development of community education in the process of new urbanization, and deeply analyzes and summarizes the influence of key issues such as administration, imbalance, simplification, multipolarization and complexity on the development orientation, behavior mode, resource accumulation, social demand and internal force of reform of community education in the process of new urbanization. The fifth chapter expounds the strategies and paths of community education development in the process of new urbanization. This paper expounds the new ideas of community education development in new urbanization construction from three aspects: development concept, development base point and basic principles. This paper expounds the new strategies for the development of community education from knowledge imparting to practical learning, from passive learning to active learning, and from demand learning to quality learning. On this basis, the development path of community education is scientifically and reasonably designed from five aspects: "three rounds of education, three major alliances, four major systems, three-capital exchange and three-education", thus providing a feasible path for the research of this paper from theory to practice. Finally, the conclusion part deeply reflects on this study and looks forward to the follow-up research.
