What if the accounting certificate has not been further studied for several years?
No problem. Continuing education can be made up for one year, and you can go to the local finance bureau or report it online. If you pass the primary examination this year, you can also avoid continuing education with your report card.

The Ministry of Finance stipulates that from the second year after obtaining the accounting qualification certificate, you must participate in continuing education of not less than 24 credits every year. Therefore, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance, in the second year after you get the accounting certificate, you should remember to start continuing education to prolong its life.

(Decree No.73 of the Ministry of Finance of People's Republic of China (PRC)). The revised Measures for the Administration of Accounting Qualification shall come into force on July 1 2065438. Among them, Article 23 stipulates that the accounting qualification certificate shall be replaced regularly for 6 years.

According to the provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Printing and Distributing the New Accounting Qualification Certificate and Explanations on Related Issues (Caishuizi [2065438+03] No.9), the old version of the qualification certificate will be invalid from July 19.

According to Article 6 of the Regulations on Continuing Education for Accountants (Cai Shui [20 13] 18), accountants should complete continuing education and obtain the required credits from the year following their qualification.

Therefore, if you don't want to invalidate your certificate, you need to attend continuing education and training every year. Without continuing education and training, it is impossible to issue a new card. If a new card is not issued after the expiration, the old card will automatically become invalid.
