1. Analysis on the Current Situation of Physical Education Major Courses

The realization of the goal of talent training will ultimately be implemented in the specific curriculum, which is the concrete embodiment of the training goal, and serving the training goal is an important guarantee to realize the school education goal. In order to adapt to the rapid development of the era of knowledge economy and the social demand for sports talents, the Institute of Physical Education of Chongqing Three Gorges University actively reformed educational ideas, optimized educational concepts, broadened professional foundation, cultivated students' ability and enhanced their sense of innovation during the implementation of the curriculum plan in 2003, and made bold exploration and practice in curriculum setting. The author mainly analyzes the current situation of curriculum setting from the aspects of curriculum classification, curriculum hours and credits, curriculum structure proportion, curriculum setting and teaching practice.

The curriculum structure of physical education undergraduate majors in colleges and universities in China is generally divided into two categories: compulsory courses and elective courses. In order to arrange courses more scientifically and facilitate teaching and management, schools have adopted different methods to divide courses according to their own specific conditions. The courses of Chongqing Three Gorges University are divided into public compulsory courses, basic courses, specialized courses, modular courses, elective courses, verification courses and practical innovation courses.

In China's 2003 Curriculum Plan, the total hours of each course are 2,600-2,800 hours (2,336 hours in the Institute of Physical Education of Three Gorges University), except for public courses, which account for about 720 hours (according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education), and the ratio of 1.900 to 2 1.000 hours (8,800 hours in the Institute of Physical Education of Three Gorges University)

The analysis of curriculum credit system and credit system management is the inevitable trend of the development and reform of teaching management in modern universities. The credits of physical education major in Chongqing Three Gorges University are as follows: The talent training program of the school stipulates that students should complete 193.5 credits, including 39.5 credits for public compulsory courses at the school level, 8 courses on modern history of China and 2 credits; 3 credits of ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis; 3 credits for basic Marxist theory; Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought, Introduction to Deng Xiaoping Theory and Introduction to Theory of Three Represents 6 credits; Situation and policy 2 credits; College English 17 credits, college computer 3.5 credits, and college Chinese 4 credits.

The purpose of education refers to the general concept or regulation of society on the quality specifications of educated individuals. Curriculum refers to what kind of teaching content is stipulated to train the next generation. The courses offered by Chongqing Three Gorges University include: public compulsory courses, basic courses, specialized courses, elective courses, practical innovation courses, and flexible modules I and II. There are 86 courses, including 8 compulsory courses, 9 basic courses, 16 specialized courses, 5 elective modules I and II, 19 elective courses, 13 verification courses and10 practical innovation courses.

The survey results show that students are not satisfied with their normal skills. The survey results show that: in terms of physical education classroom teaching ability, 47.47% students think their classroom teaching ability level is above a good level, 12.2 1% students choose better, 35.26% students choose better, and 3. 1% students choose worse. According to the characteristics of each subject, the relationship between courses and the characteristics of primary and secondary school students, the proportion of class hours in the curriculum structure should be reasonably adjusted. Set up comprehensive courses, combine social needs and employment prospects, effectively use school resources, and increase the proportion of professional and technical courses.

Establish an effective supervision, guidance and evaluation mechanism. In recent years, due to the expansion of colleges and universities, higher education has gradually become popular. With the lack of educational resources, the quality of teaching can't keep up with the pace of enrollment expansion. In this case, it is necessary to integrate existing resources, establish an efficient supervision, guidance and evaluation mechanism, implement the concept of "people-oriented" and put the requirements of talent training into teaching practice.
