2. Registration requirements
According to the Guiding Opinions on the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Normalization in COVID-19 (Guo Fa [2020]14), the Notice of the Department of Pragmatics of the Ministry of Education on Coordinating the Putonghua Proficiency Test under the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation (Jiao Yu Si Han [2020] No.2) and the Notice on Taking Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures for the Classification of Persons from Kunming (Kunming refers to the epidemic situation)
(1) 14 days, there are people coming (returning) to Kunming from the four risk areas of epidemic area A, B, C and D.
(2) Those who have lived abroad for 14 days.
(3) Persons with abnormal "Traffic Big Data Travel Card", persons with red or yellow "Yunnan Health Code" or persons with abnormal body such as body temperature ≥37.3℃ and fever on site.
(4) Persons who fail to provide negative reports of nucleic acid test results within 48 hours before the test.
2. Personnel conditions and admission requirements that can normally participate in the test:
(1) The "Communication Big Data Travel Card" shows people who were in Kunming (have not arrived or passed through other areas) on 14 days before the exam.
Admission requirements: "Yunnan Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" are both green codes, and the body temperature measured on site is normal (< 37.3℃), and a negative report of nucleic acid test results within 48 hours before the test is provided.
(2) The Traffic Big Data Travel Card shows the people who came (returned) to Kunming (arrived or passed through other areas) on/0/4 days before the test.
Admission requirements: All "Communication Big Data Travel Cards" show people who have not been to China's A, B, C and D risk areas or epidemic areas within 0/4 days before the exam. "Yunnan Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" are both green codes, and the temperature measured on site is normal (< 37.3℃), and a negative report of nucleic acid test results within 48 hours before the test is issued.
(3) All candidates should meet the requirements of vaccination in COVID-19.
(4) Candidates need to upload a real-time screenshot of "one code, one card" on the day of the exam. If you can't enter the test due to personal epidemic prevention information, nucleic acid test results, unqualified health status and other reasons, you won't get a refund.
3. In July 2022, it is planned to test 5 games with a total of 2,000 people. If it is necessary to suspend or cancel the examination due to epidemic prevention and control or other special circumstances, the center will issue a notice to suspend or cancel the examination through the "Kunming Education Resources Public Service Platform". If the registration fee has been completed, the center will arrange the examination time separately, and the specific arrangement will be notified to the candidates by SMS.
