Minjiang Teachers College (formerly Fuzhou Education College) is a public university approved by the Fujian Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. It is formed by the integration of the former Fuzhou Institute of Education, Fuzhou Normal School, Fuzhou General Education Teaching Laboratory, Fuzhou Institute of Educational Science and Fuzhou Institute of Adult Education.
