Informatization teaching is a manifestation of modern teaching compared with traditional teaching, which is characterized by making full use of modern information technology and information resources. The purpose of information-based teaching is to follow learners' internal conditions, create suitable information-based external learning conditions, optimize the teaching process and promote the development of students' multiple intelligences. Information teaching is an important way for students to develop multiple intelligences. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics, principles, core and foundation of information-based teaching to promote the development of students' multiple intelligences.
Teaching idea based on multiple intelligences theory
Gardner believes that everyone has a variety of independent intelligence, and different combinations show individual intelligence differences. He divided human intelligence into eight basic intelligences, namely: speech and language intelligence, which refers to people's ability to master and use language flexibly; Mathematical logic intelligence refers to the ability of understanding, reasoning and thinking expression of logical result relationship; Visual spatial intelligence refers to people's ability to correctly feel and express colors, shapes and spatial positions; Musical prosodic intelligence refers to the individual's ability to feel, distinguish, remember and express music; Sports intelligence refers to the coordination and balance ability of human body and the strength, speed and flexibility of sports; Interpersonal communication intelligence refers to the sensitivity to other people's expressions, words and gestures and the ability to deal with them effectively; Insight intelligence refers to the individual's ability to know, insight and reflect on himself; Natural observation intelligence refers to the ability to observe various forms of nature, identify and classify objects, and gain insight into natural or artificial systems. Each of the above intelligences plays a great role in the process of human understanding and transforming the world, and has the same importance. Compared with the traditional teaching concept, the teaching concept under the guidance of multiple intelligences theory has the following characteristics.
1. Flexible multi-factor intelligence view. Various intelligences in multiple intelligences do not exist in an integrated way, but are relatively independent, each with different development rules and using different symbol systems.
2. A comprehensive and diversified view of talents. The view of talents from the perspective of multiple intelligences holds that every student has one or more superior intelligences. With proper education, every student can become a talent in a certain field and may gain some professional knowledge.
3. Positive and equal outlook on students. Each student has more or less eight kinds of intelligence, but the combination mode and degree of exertion are different. Each student has his own advantageous intelligence field, learning style type and development characteristics.
4. Individualized and individualized teaching philosophy. Every student has one or several aspects of development potential. As long as they are provided with proper teaching and training, each student's corresponding intelligence level can be developed.
5. Development-oriented evaluation view. The evaluation view of the theory of multiple intelligences transcends the traditional evaluation orientation based on standard intelligence tests and students' academic performance evaluation, and advocates evaluating students' ability to solve practical problems through multiple channels and forms in different real life and learning situations, which is a development-oriented evaluation view.
Informatization teaching promotes the development of multiple intelligences.
Through the above analysis of the teaching concept from the perspective of multiple intelligences and the corresponding learning methods and teaching methods of multiple intelligences theory, we can know that information-based teaching meets the following requirements, that is, it can achieve the teaching goal of promoting the development of students' multiple intelligences.
(A) the characteristics of information-based teaching to promote the development of students' multiple intelligences
Compared with traditional teaching, information-based teaching should have the following characteristics.
1. Student-centered. In the process of information-based teaching, under the guidance of teachers, the autonomy is returned to students, and the interest in learning is also returned to students. The ideal information-based learning environment can provide students with rich learning resources and materials. Students can choose their favorite learning content and learning methods according to their own abilities, styles and hobbies, so that students' personality can be fully exerted, their superior intelligence can be strengthened and developed, and the learning effect can be optimized.
2. The learning process is the process of students' self-construction of knowledge. Information-based teaching has created an environment conducive to students' learning. In this environment, students make full use of the new knowledge they have learned to connect with the original knowledge, solve problems and construct the meaning of knowledge. The new knowledge acquired by students in this learning environment is more practical and impressive than the knowledge passively accepted.
3. Pay attention to the creation of learning situations. With the support of its own information technology, information-based teaching can integrate rich teaching resources, provide students with diverse learning situations, match learning tasks with "real" realistic conditions, and provide students with more and broader situational opportunities for discovery, exploration, practice and knowledge construction.
4. Emphasize the integration of information technology and curriculum. The information teaching process emphasizes the integration of information technology and curriculum. This integration is not a simple application of information technology in learning, but a purposeful connection with course learning content in application. According to students' learning needs, information technology should be integrated into the learning process to optimize the effect of information education. Using information technology as a learning tool, information technology is integrated with courses and knowledge to achieve the systematic effect that the whole is greater than the sum of parts.
5. Emphasize process evaluation. In the process of information-based teaching, we can monitor and evaluate students' learning process by using technical convenience, and provide real-time feedback, so that students can constantly adjust their learning process in the learning process, improve their metacognitive ability, and achieve a spiral learning effect, that is, pay attention to process evaluation. This makes up for the deficiency of summative evaluation in traditional teaching by using homework, unit test and mid-term or final exam.
(B) Activity teaching is the core of the development of students' multiple intelligences.
Information teaching advocates a constructive learning process. The construction of knowledge comes from activities, so knowledge exists in activities. Different activities require students to use different types of intelligence, so activities are the soul of promoting students' multiple intelligence development by using various media technologies. Activity teaching means that teachers create various activities through various teaching media technologies, and guide students to actively participate and explore independently in the learning process by inducing, promoting and stimulating students' subjectivity, so as to realize the development of students' multiple intelligences. Activity teaching advocates: carry forward the spirit of subjective education, attach importance to students' initiative, autonomy and creativity, and attach importance to students' individual differences and personality independence; Taking rich activities as the intermediary to implement subjective education, emphasizing "promoting development through activities" and advocating active learning; While learning "explicit knowledge" such as fact knowledge, principle and law knowledge, we pay more attention to the learning of "tacit knowledge" such as skill knowledge and human feelings knowledge; Breaking through the limitation of "knowledge-based", aiming at developing students' comprehensive ability and promoting all-round quality development, while emphasizing the transformation from "knowledge" to "ability", it emphasizes the guiding role of teachers, that is, activity teaching emphasizes both the hidden activities of knowledge learning and the explicit activities of ability development.
(C) Curriculum integration is the basis for the development of students' multiple intelligences
Using information technology to promote the development of multiple intelligences is a systematic plan and activity with multi-factor interaction. Only by integrating various related elements can the overall efficiency be produced. For school education, the development of students' multiple intelligences is mediated by courses (subject courses, activity courses, hidden courses or school-based courses). Therefore, when designing information teaching to promote the development of multiple intelligences, we should grasp the integration of information technology and curriculum. Therefore, the integration of information technology and curriculum is the basis of the development of multiple intelligences. In teaching, the application of information ability is the leading factor and the goal is to promote the development of students' multiple intelligences; Integrate information technology with various courses in the school (subject courses, activity courses and hidden courses) to form an information-based teaching atmosphere; Taking theme activities as the main line and integrating interdisciplinary knowledge, students can learn independently with tasks.
In a word, the theory of multiple intelligences provides a solid theoretical foundation for information teaching, which is an effective way to promote the development of students' multiple intelligences.
