Vocational education has become a new and popular continuing education model. How to treat the development of this model?
The development of vocational education in China is still far from perfect. At present, the most important thing is the concept. The society looks down on vocational schools, so it is rushing to squeeze the wooden bridge of the college entrance examination. Look at how difficult it is for college graduates to find jobs in recent years. All the doctors who graduated went to work in the community. Are we really so developed? Even community work needs a doctor to be competent? What are those undergraduate colleges going to do? I guess I'll just have to sweep the street.

On the contrary, factories and enterprises need a large number of skilled workers.

Social cognition seems that only those who can't get into college can go to vocational and technical schools. This has caused skilled workers to lose their social status before leaving school.

For a big manufacturing country, the so-called world factory, without the support of technology, our products will always be low-end products without scientific and technological content.

As far as I know, let me say:

For secondary vocational schools, if the school is better, students will be hired by counterparts after graduation, but the salary is not too high at first, but the way out for outstanding students is still very good. Secondary vocational schools mainly focus on skills training, and there are many internships, which are basically job docking. There are also many industry leaders in the industry.

For higher vocational colleges, schools need to attend high school before entering school. Students' self-discipline and self-study ability will be higher than that of secondary vocational schools. Higher vocational colleges mainly focus on skill learning, and theoretical learning also exists. But when they graduate, many schools don't need to write papers like undergraduate schools, usually graduation design instructions. Therefore, compared with undergraduates, the theoretical part is relatively lacking. Good students usually use special books when studying at school.

Both secondary and higher vocational schools are necessary for enterprises. Many enterprises, such as the design industry, prefer to find designers in higher vocational colleges, because most students' hands-on and design abilities are better than those of undergraduates. However, in terms of writing creativity, undergraduates' writing ability is stronger than that of higher vocational colleges. For secondary vocational school graduates, as I said before, many things are related to majors, or some are related to commissions, and they work directly after graduation.

At present, compared with the national education reform, many undergraduate colleges have to be transformed into vocational and technical schools. At present, China still lacks professionals with professional skills. And now many vocational colleges are reforming, and strive to better cultivate vocational skills talents. Therefore, in fact, sometimes choosing a vocational college may not be a good way out. Only by choosing skills that suit you and strengthening theoretical study in your spare time can you become a leader in the industry in the future.
