Time flies, xx years of undergraduate study will soon be over. I want to thank my alma mater, Jinan University, again for giving me the opportunity to learn and improve this time. Looking back on these three years' spare-time study will be an important stage in my life, because by studying English professional knowledge systematically and comprehensively again, my professional skills have been comprehensively improved, which has laid a solid foundation for realizing the value of life. I mainly introduce the following from the aspects of ideology and morality, learning situation and professional skills:
1: ideologically and morally. As a teacher, I have good moral cultivation. More importantly, under the guidance of the school motto of "diligence, preciseness, truth-seeking and innovation", I further corrected my learning attitude, developed a rigorous style of study, and shaped a simple, steady and innovative personality. I will keep in mind the vows of normal students: learn to be a teacher and demonstrate integrity. I am determined to do my best to strive for the development of education and teaching in the motherland and the physical and mental health of students for life.
2. In study. In the past three years, I have constantly enriched myself and challenged myself to lay a solid foundation for realizing the value of life. Successfully completed all the courses and systematically mastered the specialized courses of English subjects. At the same time, we are not satisfied with learning theory well, but also pay attention to learning all kinds of related teaching knowledge. In the study of oral English and grammar, I systematically studied "All over the United States" and "New College English Grammar", focusing on the mastery and practice of oral dialogue. The systematic study of English grammar makes me more handy in teaching. This prompted me to study professional courses harder. In order to lay a solid foundation for better application in future education and teaching work, at the same time, three years of amateur undergraduate self-study experience has enabled me to develop good study habits and methods. Let me gradually learn how to face new knowledge for self-study, and then further understand and master its application. During work and study, arrange your free time reasonably, study the teaching materials carefully, then sort out the relevant points and take notes. Finally, integrate theory with practice and apply what you have learned. I think these learning methods and habits will benefit me for life.
Three years of amateur undergraduate study, in essence, does not have much class time. Although the time is short, I think the benefit is still great. Especially by studying advanced English, I feel that my English level has improved a lot, and my understanding of professional foreign language periodicals has become clearer, which has laid a solid foundation for learning the most advanced education and teaching knowledge more quickly and directly in the future. Usually I can't help but apply the theory I have learned to my own work practice, and the effect is quite good.
Amateur undergraduate diploma should not be the end of my pursuit, but a new starting point for my new life and higher development. Five years of college life has become a thing of the past.
