The admission of candidates has to go through a series of procedures such as filing, marking and auditing, and each batch of admission takes a cycle to complete. The Provincial Education Examinations Institute will update the admission data three times a day for candidates to inquire.
Candidates can check the admission results of the previous period on the day before or the day before each batch fills in their volunteers. After each batch of admission, candidates can check all the admissions of each round of volunteers in this batch.
During the admission period, candidates can inquire about six states of electronic file operation:
(1) "Free filing": refers to the fact that the candidate has not started filing after the application, or the candidate's file does not meet the requirements for filing, or is rejected by the school after being submitted. If rejected by the school, candidates can see the reason why the last school refused.
(2) "Submitted File": It means that the Provincial Admissions Office has submitted files to institutions, but institutions have not downloaded file information.
(3) "The institution is reading": It means that the institution has downloaded the bidding information and is reviewing the electronic files of the candidates.
(4) "Pre-withdrawal from colleges and universities": refers to the fact that candidates are not admitted to colleges and universities for various reasons, and colleges and universities propose to withdraw from the provincial admissions office. For each candidate who withdraws early, colleges and universities will explain the reasons for withdrawing.
(5) "Pre-recorded in colleges and universities" means that colleges and universities are ready to admit the candidate, and the list of candidates has been submitted to the provincial admissions office through the network, waiting for online registration and inspection by the provincial admissions office.
(6) "Admission" means that the online admission information of candidates has passed the provincial admissions office.
