Legal analysis: (1) Words and deeds that undermine the authority of the CPC Central Committee and violate the party's line, principles and policies in educational and teaching activities and other occasions.

Legal basis: Article 4 of the Measures for Handling Violations of Professional Ethics of Primary and Secondary School Teachers deals with the following violations of teachers' professional ethics:
