In order to do a good job in teaching books for primary and secondary schools, the Catalogue of Teaching Books for Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools, Special Education Schools and Sports Schools (202/KLOC-0) is hereby printed and distributed to you, and relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
A, compulsory education national curriculum teaching books
1. The national curriculum ethics and rule of law, Chinese and history of compulsory education all use unified textbooks, and all subjects use the textbooks in the 202 1 Catalogue of Teaching Books for National Curriculum of Compulsory Education.
2. Primary school science grades 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 use textbooks revised according to the curriculum standards promulgated by 20 17. The use of textbooks for the sixth grade of primary school science is coordinated by the provincial education administrative department. The original textbooks can be used, or the textbooks revised according to the curriculum standards promulgated by 20 17 can be selected after full evaluation to ensure the stability of teaching order.
Two, ordinary senior high school national curriculum teaching books
The 202 1 version of the catalogue of teaching books for senior high school national curriculum (revised according to the 20 17 version of the curriculum standard) and the 202 1 version of the catalogue of teaching books for senior high school national curriculum (compiled according to the 2003 version of the curriculum standard) will still be in parallel for some time. Please choose to use ordinary high school textbooks from the above list according to the implementation plan of new curriculum and new textbooks. Encourage the use of new textbooks. According to the spirit of "Guiding Opinions of General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Reform of Educational Methods in Ordinary Senior High Schools in the New Era" (No.29 of Guo Ban Fa [2065438+09]), all localities should make overall plans for the implementation of new curriculum and the use of new textbooks. Starting from the fall semester of 2022, old textbooks will be withdrawn from the catalogue year by year.
Three, special education schools, sports schools teaching books
1. Special education schools use the teaching materials in the 202 1 Catalogue of National Curriculum Teaching Books for Special Education Schools in the compulsory education stage. Other subjects and grades without new textbooks still use the original textbooks, or choose the appropriate ordinary school textbooks for teaching according to the actual teaching.
2. The textbooks "Morality and Rule of Law" and "Use of Chinese" in sports schools are compiled by the state, and the textbooks in "Catalogue of National Curriculum Textbooks of Sports Schools" 202 1 are used in other disciplines.
Four. Related requirements
1. The national curriculum of primary and secondary schools must use the teaching materials in the catalogue attached to this document (except for subjects and grades without new teaching materials in special education schools, the national curriculum teaching materials of primary and secondary schools in Shanghai shall be implemented according to the plan approved by the Ministry). The use of textbooks in primary and secondary schools should remain relatively stable. If it is really necessary to change the textbook version, it should be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions on the selection of textbooks for primary and secondary schools.
2. Textbooks for primary and secondary schools shall not contain information such as link websites and QR codes of commercial advertisements or teaching AIDS.
3. All localities can purchase matching digital audio-visual teaching materials according to local conditions and students' needs. Encourage textbook publishers to provide digital audio-visual materials of supporting textbooks free of charge through Internet downloading. The purchase of free textbooks should be implemented in accordance with relevant financial policies.
4 provincial education administrative departments should strengthen the inspection of the use of teaching materials, and severely deal with places and schools that fail to choose teaching materials according to relevant regulations, and order them to make corrections.
The provincial education administrative departments shall, in accordance with the requirements of this notice, pay close attention to the work of teaching AIDS for primary and secondary schools in 2002/KLOC-0, and report the selection of national curriculum textbooks for primary and secondary schools in 20021autumn to our Ministry (Textbook Bureau) before August of 20021year. Our department will conduct spot checks on the selection of teaching materials in various places in a timely manner.
