? We are students now, and we may be teachers in the future, so I also want to be an ideal teacher when reading books. What do I need? But in any case, we must first have rich knowledge. Learning is an important means for teachers to maintain the continuity of their professional life and a necessary channel for teachers to realize the sublimation of their professional life value. Especially today when the whole society is advocating and practicing the concept of lifelong education and lifelong learning, teachers should take the lead in accepting lifelong education and persisting in lifelong learning. Only by studying more and learning constantly can we constantly update our concepts and win the sustainable development of teachers.

Tolerance is a kind of trust, an incentive and a kind of goodwill. Trust students, infect students, guide students, encourage students to reflect on themselves, self-discipline, self-improvement, and constantly improve and surpass themselves. This is the charm of tolerance, a ray of sunshine of love, illuminating the child's heart.

As a book of educational philosophy, My Educational Ideal is not pale in theory, but it shows rich and substantial contents with poetic language and prose style, and is full of philosophical speculation.
