1. Log in to Alipay APP and click the "My" button at the top of the homepage to enter the personal center.

2. On the personal center page, find the entrance related to "financial management" or "insurance", and click to enter the Alipay education fund management page.

3. On the management page of Alipay Education Fund, find the relevant refund or termination options and follow the instructions of the system.

4. Fill in the corresponding refund application information according to the system requirements, and also provide some personal and policy information.

5. After submitting the refund application, wait for the processing result according to the guidance of the system.
