In a blink of an eye, the new school year is coming to an end. Over the past year, my work has been strongly supported and helped by school leaders and teachers, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks!

Summarizing the work of this school year, I often reflect on the significance of what we are doing and what I should do in school education. With these questions, my work and my life are more meaningful. Being a teaching director for two years, I think it is very meaningful, because I can use my knowledge, wisdom, emotion and the most vigorous energy and physical strength in my life to leave something for myself that may be useful in the future. I can say with a clear conscience that I have devoted myself to education with an educational dream, from which I also feel that only when I have devoted myself can I enjoy the happiness of my work, because I firmly believe that all the rewards are in direct proportion to the input, and I am willing to treat teachers with the greatest sincerity.

First, pay attention to the development of students and be responsible for them.

From the first day of teaching, I asked myself to be more standardized, because from now on I am a teacher, and my words and deeds will affect the future of a group of people, that is, the objects of my education, and I will be responsible for them. Under the background of the new curriculum, I try to change my mind and put my love for students first. With this mentality, teachers and students can be in a harmonious state, and many things will be solved. Loving students includes respecting and trusting students and caring for them. As long as they are my students, I will treat them equally regardless of their grades. Give more enthusiastic help to students who are withdrawn. It is intended to make them regain their self-confidence and get out of the misunderstanding of self-evaluation. The feelings between people are mutual, and the sincerity of teachers can be felt by students. Adhere to equality with students, encourage them to express their ideas, and try to form the habit of communication between teachers and students. I firmly believe that students can only take the initiative to accept your education if they accept you. To fulfill the duty of teaching and educating people, it is not enough to have love, but also to study hard and teach scientifically. Educational activities have their objective laws, and the correct use of teaching laws can improve teachers' work efficiency. The core of this law is scientific and effective educational methods, which can only be obtained by continuous exploration. At the same time, science teaching requires teachers to constantly improve themselves, improve their professional level and expand their knowledge. Because students have developed divergent thinking after forming good study habits, they naturally ask many questions and cover a wide range, so no matter how busy they are, they insist on studying textbooks repeatedly and reading a large number of reference books to improve their professional ability. I think education is a difficult job, and it is very difficult to do it well. But I believe that as long as you work hard, you will get something. There will be a joy in my spiritual life that ordinary people can't match.

Second, think about the development of teachers and be responsible for them.

The new curriculum puts forward higher requirements for teachers. In order to develop and survive, schools must have a group of high-quality teachers. Similarly, teachers in the later period must have excellent skills to survive and develop. Under the guidance of the headmaster, the school-based teaching and research plan based on people-oriented has been carefully formulated, and new teaching and research activities have been organized together with the staff of the guidance office and the teaching department. Through the case analysis of collective lesson preparation-classroom-lecture-salon discussion, more teachers can participate in teaching and research activities. The level of educational scientific research is more and more closely related to teachers' own interests. Actively publicize and mobilize teachers to write papers, so that teachers have an opportunity to exercise, learn and accumulate information. Carry out the spirit of higher-level teacher training, carefully arrange and publicize in time, so that teachers can understand it in time, and serve teaching and benefit teaching and students through school motto, self-study and application mastery.

Third, strengthen service awareness and be responsible for the school.

As a dean, I can position myself correctly and try to be an assistant to the principal. Coordinate and guide the members of the office to do the following work:

1, under the guidance of the principal's office, discuss with other members of the guidance office, formulate the school's education and teaching work plan, teacher training plan and young teacher training plan and organize their implementation, so as to make the school's education and teaching work more targeted and effective, and pay attention to summing up the education and teaching experience.

2. Formulate relevant rules and regulations and inspection and assessment system for teaching work, and conduct regular monthly inspection, mid-term spot check and final inspection in charge of teaching work, so as to provide a basis for the school to evaluate teachers.

3. Organize, guide and review the educational activity plans of all grades and the teaching and research plans of all teaching and research groups, organize the whole school's educational and teaching research and experience exchange, organize tests, examine and approve test questions and quality analysis, and lead and guide the work of teaching and research groups.

4. Care about the all-round development of all students, arrange interest group activities and organize student competitions.

5. Organize the work of preparing lessons, attending lectures and evaluating lessons, be responsible for guiding the work of teaching and research groups in various disciplines, review teaching plans and organize teaching and research activities. Coordinate and solve teachers' problems in education and teaching. Responsible for the management of each room in the school.

6. Organize personnel to complete the collection, collation and self-examination of the ninth five-year plan data, and successfully pass the review and acceptance of Mianyang City.

7. Assist in the installation, debugging and training of distance education project recipients, strengthen teachers' application of modern educational technology in teaching, and ensure that educational facilities and equipment play a greater role in teaching.

Fourth, lack of reflection, responsible for the work.

Everything is constantly developing and perfecting in the process of continuous reflection-improvement-reflection-improvement. There are still many areas for improvement in the work of the guidance office:

1, collective teaching and research activities are vigorous, but individuals are not strong enough to go deep into the class to guide lectures.

2. Teacher training: The content of training should be more abundant, involving ideas (new curriculum ideas, teachers' views under the new situation, students' views, etc.). ) and business (teaching basic skills, application of modern educational technology, understanding and cultivation of scientific literacy, application of distance education technology, etc. ).

3. The cultivation of young teachers should create more opportunities and conditions, get out of school, become the backbone of school teaching and become a famous teacher.

4. Strengthen the service for teaching, collect educational information in time and convey it to teachers, and share the excellent educational information collected by teachers. Organize the preparation of review and test materials and provide them to teachers to form a good educational orientation.

As a dean, I have certain responsibilities in the school and feel some pressure, but fortunately, I have a very happy cooperation with every teacher in the school. It is everyone's work that bears all kinds of pressures and lays the foundation for the development of the school. I am proud of everyone in the school. I also look forward to a more pleasant cooperation next year.
