First, pay attention to the development of students and be responsible for them.

Under the background of the new curriculum, I try to change my mind and put my love for students first. 4. Care about the all-round development of all students, arrange interest group activities and organize student competitions.

5. Organize the work of preparing lessons, attending lectures and evaluating lessons, be responsible for guiding the work of teaching and research groups in various disciplines, review teaching plans and organize teaching and research activities. As a dean, I have certain responsibilities in the school and feel some pressure, but fortunately, I have a very happy cooperation with every teacher in the school.
