Interim Measures for Continuing Education of Insurance Intermediary Employees Pre-job Training Management
Article 8 Pre-job training refers to the professional training that insurance intermediary practitioners must receive before engaging in insurance intermediary business.

Article 9 The accumulated time for insurance intermediary employees to receive pre-job training shall not be less than 80 hours, and the accumulated time for receiving insurance law and professional ethics education shall not be less than 12 hours.

Article 10 Training institutions shall be responsible for the curriculum setting of pre-job training and report to the insurance supervision and administration institution.

Eleventh students have completed the prescribed courses and the training hours are not less than the prescribed minimum time limit. After passing the examination, the organization that organizes the training will issue a written training certificate.
