First, the basic situation of work

Innovate the efficient agricultural technology extension and training mode, and explore the new mechanism of efficient agricultural extension. Relying on farmers' practical knowledge and technical training programs, the training of science and technology demonstration households is carried out by combining traditional methods with modern means. At the same time, I directly face the demonstration households and give practical technical guidance according to the actual situation to enhance the practicality and operability of the demonstration households.

Establishing core experimental fields, demonstration fields, demonstration households and demonstration bases, so that new technologies and new varieties can be displayed, which can promote the production mode from point to area and let farmers see the fundamental change of production mode brought about by science and technology. This is the fundamental way for farmers to get rich.

Provide all-round technical services to improve the scientific and technological capabilities of demonstration households. I communicated with the demonstration households, and the demonstration households encountered technical and life problems, and went deep into the fields many times to provide technical guidance and technical services hand in hand and face to face, which was well received by the demonstration households.

Second, the effectiveness of the work.

Through the direct delivery of science and technology to households, I have increased the time and opportunity to go directly to the fields and enter the production line, so that I can understand the present situation of efficient agricultural production and the needs of farmers in a simple way, so as to carry out my work better. The introduction of science and technology into households has narrowed the distance between our agricultural technicians and farmers, and the promotion of gay agricultural technology has made farmers more acceptable and willing to accept it. Through publicity, training, on-the-spot guidance, scientific and technological consultation and other scientific and technological channels, it not only established the production and management concept of green agricultural products for farmers, but also solved the practical problems and difficulties encountered by farmers in production.

The introduction of science and technology into households has promoted the development of agricultural science and technology work. Chapter II: Summary of Personal Work in Agricultural Technology Fan Wen This year, I am responsible for the demonstration households of agricultural technology guidance technology, including Shuixi Village, Gongqiao Village, Fugu Village, Xijiao Village and Xipo Village in Lincheng Town, Shanghang County, with a certain educational level and high planting level. According to household survey statistics, the total population is 32, the labor force is 14, and the total cultivated land is 156 mu. Each household is driven by radiation. In 10 science and technology demonstration households, 5 households grow rice and 5 households grow vegetables and fruits. As a technical instructor, I actively went to the countryside to give detailed guidance to science and technology demonstration households and science and technology experimental demonstration bases according to the requirements of my superiors. I will summarize my work in the past year as follows:

One is to cultivate agricultural science and technology demonstration households.

The 10 demonstration households I have instructed are all' farmers' with a certain cultural level and strong learning ability. Demonstration households mainly focus on rice and greenhouse vegetable cultivation, and provide on-site guidance, solve production techniques on the spot, guide agricultural science and technology demonstration households to apply and popularize new varieties and technologies, improve their learning acceptance, and give play to the radiation-driven role of science and technology demonstration households.

Second, promote new varieties and new technologies.

The main rice varieties are Tyou 2 155, Quanyou 2689, Teyou 7 16 and Yiyou 673, and the main techniques are dry seedling raising, mechanical transplanting, soil testing and formula fertilization, integrated pest control and so on. The main varieties of vegetables are cauliflower, mustard, pepper and sweet bean, and the main techniques are pollution-free, out-of-season cultivation techniques and protected cultivation techniques. In order to let farmers better understand these new technologies and varieties, I introduced and bound each new variety and new technology's characteristics, yield performance and key points of cultivation techniques, and distributed them to every farmer.

Third, technical guidance for field pest control.

In my spare time, I will go to farmers' fields for hands-on and face-to-face technical guidance, find problems and solve them in time, and teach farmers the symptoms and prevention methods of major pests and diseases.

Fourth, communicate in time to understand the planting situation.

In the early stage, when conducting a thorough investigation of the situation of the demonstration households, they will disclose their telephone numbers to the science and technology demonstration households, so that the demonstration households can consult all kinds of difficult problems encountered in production at any time, and solve all possible production hidden dangers in the bud through telephone contact, so as to solve problems in production for the science and technology demonstration households in time; I will also contact the demonstration households regularly to inquire about the planting situation.

Five, timely yield measurement, statistical harvest

Farmers actively organize yield measurement when harvesting. According to statistics, the rice yield per mu of rice planting demonstration households and their radiation-driven farmers is 1362 kg/mu, which is 12 percentage point higher than that of the same period last year and more than 200 kg higher than that of ordinary farmers. The annual output value of vegetable farmers also increased by 16 percentage points compared with the same period of last year.

The traditional planting concept of demonstration households is difficult to change for a while, the enthusiasm for learning and production is not high, and the new production technology is not mastered enough; Because this is my first time as an agricultural technology instructor, I have no experience in many aspects. In my future work, I will continue to learn new knowledge, master new technologies and participate in more training, so as to improve my work level and serve farmers with more professional knowledge.
