(4) Deepen the hierarchical use of nurses, assign responsible nurses according to the patient's condition, nursing difficulty and technical requirements, and the critically ill patients are responsible by nurses with high seniority and strong ability, reflecting the corresponding energy level.
6. Regular satisfaction survey
(1) Participate in departmental discussions after work every month, and regularly listen to patients' opinions and suggestions on quality care.
(2) Conduct patient satisfaction survey every quarter, and give timely feedback to the department from the aspects of nurses' operating skills, gfd, health education, and formulating corrective measures. Satisfying patients from the heart requires every nurse to establish a good service attitude and take patient satisfaction as the ultimate goal of work.
7. Strengthen patient health education.
The nurse in charge should do it at least 1 time every day, and explain the patients in detail according to the treatment and nursing routine and special diet of common diseases in the department.
8. Establish performance appraisal methods and strictly implement the implementation of various systems.
(1) The responsible nurses perform their duties. Assess according to post management as the basis of performance appraisal.
(2) Nurses shall follow the assessment criteria.
(3) Strengthen the implementation of medical safety core system and various nursing operation norms, processes and routines.
