What are the experimental trainings?
The training contents mainly include: experimental operation training, application of new technologies (including digital experiments, use of biomicroscope network interactive equipment, modern biotechnology experiments), experimental improvement and innovation, and experimental teaching design.

Experimental training evaluation method is a traditional training evaluation method. It compares the performance of one or more of the four elements of reaction, learning, behavior and result after training with the performance of the trainees before training or the performance of the untrained control group.

It usually uses the calculated statistics to determine whether the score difference between the training group and the control group is greater than the expected difference at a certain significant level. This method is a comprehensive examination of the response, behavior and results of training evaluation.

The training adopts the methods of experiment, lecture interaction, case analysis, discussion and exchange. Pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability of teachers and experimenters, in which the proportion of experimental operation hours is not less than 75% of the total class hours. The assessment of participating teachers can be divided into "process assessment" and "summative assessment", in which the summative assessment focuses on the experimental operation ability of teachers in the form of experiments.
