Go to the safety supervision bureau. Bring a copy of my ID card, a copy of my diploma and a number of one-inch color photos, and apply for a physical examination form to register with the Safety Supervision Bureau. Learn relevant theoretical knowledge and take theoretical and operational exams. After passing the training and examination, the State Administration of Work Safety will issue the corresponding operation certificate, which will be inquired in official website. The certificate is reviewed once every three years and renewed once every six years, and can be reviewed and renewed all over the country.
