First of all, teachers should have a "seven exquisite hearts" and be student-oriented.
As teachers, we are often asked such a question: What basic qualities do you think a qualified teacher should have? When I first asked this question, the first reaction in my mind was that teachers need to have a loving heart, love for children, love for colleagues, love for parents and love for education. Sure enough, many new teachers agree with me. No matter how highly educated you are and how rich your teaching experience is, you should love your children first. Of course, only one love is not enough. I think teachers should be patient and treat every child as blank as paper. In my own words, teachers need to have a "seven-point exquisite heart" to love, care for and educate children, which is also the most basic moral accomplishment of a qualified teacher. I believe this is a mutual process. You treat every child with such a heart. Similarly, children will treat you with a loving childlike heart. At the same time, the three teachers have always emphasized "student-oriented" and "treating children as human beings", which also reminded me to treat children correctly and effectively in addition to caring for them.
Two, teaching combined with professional knowledge and ability, according to local conditions, according to the time.
I have always believed that teachers, like skilled workers, are difficult to enter this industry without solid professional knowledge and ability. When I began to practice with my own theoretical knowledge, I found that it was another situation. How to turn these professional knowledge into classroom activities and game activities is another skill, which requires different methods for different children. Teaching, as a person, can't be too rigid and boring, and at the same time, it can't be too smooth and lose the most real and important things. All knowledge and ability should be centered on children's development, according to children's recent development fields, according to the changes of the times and the requirements of local economy and culture.
3. Lifelong learning is the lifelong goal of a qualified teacher.
With the rapid development of today, the updating of knowledge is accelerating, especially the knowledge in books is far from the knowledge in practice. We should not only enrich ourselves with the knowledge and experience of our predecessors, but also accumulate experience in practical teaching, learning by doing and applying what we have learned. If we don't keep up with the trend, it's easy to be washed away by it. If you want to be a qualified teacher, you must be studious and take lifelong learning as your lifelong goal.

We really learned a lot this year. Twenty-four training sessions have helped us to clarify our career growth plans and explain in detail the teaching ideas and methods in various fields such as language and art. By observing high-quality classes, we can better understand how to have a good class and know what kind of class is a good class. What impressed me the most was two classes in Cuipingshan Kindergarten, one was math class "Road Building" and the other was physical education class's "Playing with Shoes". On the road construction, the teacher broke the traditional mode of sitting in a chair for class. At the beginning of the activity, the teacher played mother rabbit and took her babies for a walk. Then she found that the road was broken, and then mother rabbit and her babies repaired the road together. In the process of road construction, teach children to know a few simple graphics and learn to match them; When you get to the second road, it's more difficult. Let the children try to make two triangles into squares or rectangles and two semicircles into circles by cooperative methods. The whole activity was not only unconventional and novel, but also clear, interlocking and interesting, which left a deep impression on me. Physical education class's "Shoes Play Together", the teacher communicates with the children through humorous tone, and the children's psychological state is relaxed and the overall atmosphere is more active. There are not many props in this class, only the most common children's shoes. It is much more interesting to produce this lesson from children's interests than the teacher's meditation class in the office. This lesson tells us that children's interests are teachers, and teachers should carry out teaching activities closely around children's interests.
A year is long or short. This year, the growth of our 15 new teachers is obvious. First, the new knowledge and understanding of kindergarten education and teaching activities.
Before I officially entered the post of kindergarten teacher, my impression of kindergarten was sloppy and leisure. Since the kindergarten emphasizes that games are the most basic activities and playing is children's nature, it is not difficult to take children to play. I can really go to kindergarten. The orderly teaching activities and organized game activities every day are quite different from what I imagined. A good class takes a lot of time and thought, and a game activity needs to collect materials. Suddenly I was at a loss, at a loss, and the high-intensity work was even difficult to load. But at the same time, the new teacher training activities have also solved many puzzles for me. In view of the teaching activities in five fields of kindergarten, leaders of various disciplines and teachers of teaching and research group gave us lectures and activities, sorted out the design and organization points of kindergarten activities, and presented wonderful teaching activities again and again perfectly, which made me learn the essence of theory and practical experience at the same time, which I formally lacked as a new teacher in my current position.
Second, the professional ability training of preschool teachers has been continuously improved.
Many people think that preschool teachers only take care of children and have low knowledge. In every training activity, I can observe the wonderful and rich activities carried out by my colleagues in preschool education, which makes me feel that the profession of preschool teachers is meticulous and complicated. Every time I enter the kindergarten, the careful design of the environment and the unique display of the culture in the kindergarten all show the ingenuity of the kindergarten teachers. It was not until the new teacher training that I learned more about this profession.
