On June 24th 10, Zibo Human Resources and Social Security Network issued the Notice on Declaring the Subsidies for Introducing Doctoral Enterprises and "Top 50 Enterprises" in Zibo 20 16-20 17. For qualified talents, doctoral students will be given a monthly subsidy of 200,000 yuan and a living allowance of 4,000 yuan per person for three years. Graduate students of "Top 50 Double Enterprises" will be given a living allowance of 2,000 yuan per person per month within 3 years.

The scope of this subsidy application is: full-time doctoral students newly introduced by enterprises in Zibo and paying social insurance premiums according to regulations (labor contracts of 5 years or more were signed on September 30th, 20101October18-2017); Postgraduates in Zibo "Top 50 Enterprises with Double Enterprises" were introduced full-time and paid social insurance premiums according to regulations, including 20 16 10/0/0 18-2065438+22, 2065438+August 23, 2007, and signed for five years.

For qualified talents, a living allowance of 200,000 yuan will be given to doctoral students (the first living allowance will be paid in one lump sum), and a living allowance of 4,000 yuan per person per month will be paid in three years (once a year); Graduate students of "Double Top 50" enterprises will be given a living allowance of 2,000 yuan per person per month within 3 years (once a year); The funds required by the municipal enterprises shall be borne by the municipal finance, and the funds required by other enterprises shall be borne by the municipal and district/county finance, 50% respectively. Among them, the funds borne by the municipal finance are charged from the special funds for talent work.
