(a) Training for all staff

During the "Twelfth Five-Year" continuing education project, the total hours of teachers' study and training are not less than 360 hours, and the average annual training hours are not less than 72 hours from the beginning of the project to the end of the training. Among them, the teacher's morality education is not less than 60 hours, and other training (including "four innovations") is not less than 300 hours. All-staff training is based on discipline training and organically combines "one virtue and four innovations" with various discipline training.

1. Teacher moral education

Strengthen the study of teachers' professional ideals, professional ethics and legal education, enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of teaching and educating people, and improve the ability and level of teaching according to law. 2. New ideas
