In the past, pilots went to Zhuhai for retraining by adding crew to Guangzhou, and then arrived in Zhuhai by ground transportation, which brought great inconvenience to retrainees. Now, after the opening of this route, Xinjiang's crew has saved the trouble of ground transportation, which not only facilitates the retrained pilots, but also reduces the trouble of ground crew. After receiving the news of opening this route, the operation coordination room of the flight department of Xinjiang Branch made a lot of preparations to ensure the smooth flight. They actively communicate and coordinate with marketing department, operation headquarters, maintenance production base, logistics support department, Guangzhou flight service department, Guangzhou dispatching room and other departments. At the same time, the information is also fed back to the flight department leaders and Boeing 737 fleet cadres in time. Because this flight needs to stay overnight in Zhuhai during the later implementation, the operation coordination room must ensure the crew's meals and accommodation in Zhuhai. On this issue, I have communicated with the leaders of the flight department and the Guangzhou flight service department many times to avoid unnecessary trouble to the operation of the later flights. After solving the preliminary support work, they repeatedly confirmed with the leaders of Guangzhou dispatching room and flight department that they supported the flight crew to carry out the first flight mission and sent the crew with stronger crew to complete the first flight mission. Finally, through close cooperation with relevant departments, Qi Xin made concerted efforts to successfully implement the maiden voyage mission of Urumqi-Guiyang-Zhuhai.
