The behavior of security guards reflects the spirit and quality of security guards, and it is also the specific requirement of security guards' professional ethics. Good behavior plays an important role in shaping the good image of the security team, winning the full trust of customers and achieving good social benefits.

(1) civilized terms. When talking with the personnel on duty, be kind in attitude, tone, words and manners. The security guard on duty has many polite expressions. For example, when checking and verifying, they have to say "please show me your ID". When you need to register, say "please register"; If the other person is unfriendly, say, "Please don't get angry, and have something to say"; When the other person expresses his gratitude, he should say "You're welcome, this is what we should do" and so on.
