1. According to the "Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial)" issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, "HBV pathogen carriers, special police positions, are unqualified."

2. According to the requirements of "Reply of the Ministry of Health on the Adjustment Opinions on Hepatitis B Physical Examination and Identification of Civil Aviation Aircrew", civil aviation recruits flight students to carry out the physical examination and identification of hepatitis B project, and can retain the physical examination and identification of hepatitis B project.

3. Employees engaged in blood collection, blood component preparation and blood supply in blood stations. According to the Notice of the Ministry of Health on Revising August 4th (No.69, Weifa [2010]), blood stations should "establish employee health records. Employees engaged in blood collection, blood component preparation, blood supply, etc. Blood-borne pathogens should be detected once a year. Those who are negative for hepatitis B virus surface antibody should be vaccinated with hepatitis B virus vaccine free of charge after seeking their opinions. "

Three. According to Article 10 of the Measures for the Administration of Urban Taxi promulgated by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Public Security of People's Republic of China (PRC):

"Taxi drivers shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having permanent residence or temporary residence permit;

(two) a motor vehicle driver's license issued by the local public security department and more than two years of driving experience;

(3) Having received vocational training in passenger service and passed the examination;

(4) obey the law. Drivers whose business qualifications have been cancelled shall not engage in passenger service for a certain period of time from the date of cancellation. The specific time limit for not engaging in passenger service shall be stipulated by the city people's government. "

Four, if engaged in the taxi industry, it shall also comply with the provisions of Article 9 of the Measures for the Administration of Urban Taxi:

"Taxi individual industrial and commercial households shall meet the following conditions:

(a) there are passenger vehicles and corresponding funds that meet the prescribed requirements;

(2) Having a parking place that meets the prescribed requirements;

(3) Meeting other relevant requirements. "
