The discipline inspection department mainly manages:?

1, in charge of the discipline inspection of the whole party, safeguarding party constitution and other party laws and regulations, assisting governments at all levels to strengthen the party's work style, and checking the implementation of the party's line, principles, policies and resolutions; ?

2. Accepting party member's complaints and accusations, and accepting complaints and accusations against state administrative organs and their civil servants and other personnel appointed by state administrative organs for violating administrative discipline;

3. Review and deal with cases in which party member leading cadres in various departments of state administrative organs, enterprise party organizations and government administrative departments violate the Party's articles of association and other internal party regulations, decide or revoke the punishment of party member in these cases, and directly investigate and deal with more important or complicated cases within the jurisdiction of the party's discipline inspection organs at lower levels when necessary;
