2. Accepting party member's complaints and accusations, and accepting complaints and accusations against state administrative organs and their civil servants and other personnel appointed by state administrative organs for violating administrative discipline;

3. Review and deal with cases in which party member leading cadres in various departments of state administrative organs, enterprise party organizations and government administrative departments violate the Party's articles of association and other internal party regulations, decide or revoke the punishment of party member in these cases, and directly investigate and deal with more important or complicated cases within the jurisdiction of the party's discipline inspection organs at lower levels when necessary;

4, responsible for the investigation and research work of discipline inspection and supervision theory and related issues, make a decision to safeguard the party discipline, organize the drafting of local regulations on administrative supervision;

5. Conduct party style and clean government building and discipline education for the staff of party member and state administrative organs, publicize the principles, policies and laws and regulations of the party's discipline inspection and administrative supervision, and organize and guide the training of cadres in the discipline inspection and supervision system; ?

6, responsible for the management of discipline inspection and supervision institutions (resident) sent by the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision to government departments;

7, according to the cadre management authority and division of labor, responsible for discipline inspection and supervision of cadre management.
