The qualification standard of each subject of the real estate broker qualification examination is 90 points (the full score of each subject paper is 150 points).

Examination subjects:

1. Basic system and policy of real estate,

2. Introduction to real estate agents,

3. Real estate brokerage business,

4. Real estate brokerage related knowledge.

Introduction:

The real estate broker qualification examination system shall be implemented with a unified national outline, unified proposition and unified organization, organized and implemented by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction, and held once a year in principle. If a real estate agent passes the qualification examination, the personnel departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall issue the People's Republic of China (PRC) Real Estate Agent Qualification Certificate uniformly printed by the Ministry of Personnel and stamped by the Ministry of Construction. This certificate is valid nationwide.
