Is it a sign that Meituan Crowdsourcing will adjust the rider's order-taking rules again and reduce the delivery fee again?
1. Reject 5 or more orders on the same day:

2. Work overtime for more than 3 times that day.

3. Have the responsibility to cancel 2 or more orders on the same day.

4. Customer complaints 1 or above.

5. More than three bad reviews in one week.

The above five rules, as long as any one of them is violated:

First offense: the time limit for receiving orders is short, usually 4 hours.

The second violation: the short-term limit of taking orders lasts for one week and the daily limit of taking orders is 4 hours. And ask you to re-participate in offline training. Those who fail to attend offline training on time will be restricted from taking orders!

Third violation: it will be permanently restricted from taking orders!

The biggest change in the above rules is the first one: the number of visa refusals! This rule is

Original rule: The platform does not stipulate the number of times a rider is refused every day, and crowdsourcing riders can choose to accept or refuse the dispatch of the platform according to their own wishes, but if the number of times the rider refuses is too high, the platform will reduce the dispatch rate of the rider.

First adjustment: The rider can refuse the order 8 times a day, and after more than 8 times, 2 yuan will be deducted for each order.

Second adjustment: after the order is rejected for more than 8 times on the same day, the fee will not be deducted, and the order will be limited to 4 hours on the next day.

The latest adjustment: reject more than 4 orders on the first day, and limit it to 4 hours on the second day. Reject more than 4 orders the next day, and limit it to 4 hours every day for a week. Reject more than 4 orders on the third day, and place orders permanently.

This rule is very strict. Platform dispatches are often sent to riders in the form of packing lists, which may be two, three or four at a time, and the packing list is odd. This means that the rider refuses to participate in the single meeting at most once or twice a day, and the rider has to take whatever order the platform sends to the rider, and there is no choice at all. Even if the platform sends a few 2 yuan to the rider at one time, the rider should bite his teeth and send it!

In the past, riders could choose to reject these ultra-low-priced orders, but after the implementation of the new regulations, riders have no room to take orders. As long as they want to continue this job, they can only bite the bullet and accept it! Even if possible, you can only earn 10 yuan an hour!

From this point of view, the US Mission is bound to make a new round of downward adjustment of the distribution unit price! Use this strict control rule to limit the rider's resistance to low-priced orders!

Under the previous rejection rule, if the rider judges that the new order delivered by the platform will lead to the overtime of his other orders, he will choose to refuse. At this time, the platform will reassign other riders to complete the delivery, which ensures the timely delivery of orders to some extent.

However, after the implementation of the new regulations, riders can't refuse the system scheduling at will, but can only accept it, even if it may lead to the overtime of other orders. However, the contradiction is coming. The rider can't refuse the order at will, but after taking the order, his other orders may be overtime. If there are too many overtime orders, he will also be restricted from taking orders!

What are we doing? It doesn't answer, and it doesn't answer! The rider has only one choice:

Adjust your own simultaneous singular to the safest singular, and be able to cope with the sudden orders from the platform without overtime. Or after receiving an odd number, log off immediately to avoid the platform allocating new orders!

Some people will say that the less riders take orders, isn't the delivery more timely? Can't you get the takeout earlier?

Things are always two-sided. For customers who have received the rider's order, they can really guarantee their meal time, but there will be more orders without the rider, especially during the peak period!

Even many motorists will choose to stay offline, or in the same city mode (not accepting system delivery), and only grab delivery through the platform order form! This will lead to a large number of take-away orders on the platform that are not sent by the rider and will be placed in the platform order pool waiting for the rider to take orders. The end result is that there will be a large number of orders because there is no rider to take orders for a long time, which will cause customers to receive their own take-out later, thus delaying the customer's meal time.
