6. If students have completed Subject 2 for personal reasons, or have exceeded the prescribed time limit for personal reasons, no refund will be given.

1. Keep the receipt and contract. Regular driving schools will issue receipts and sign driving contracts for students after they sign up for driving schools and pay fees. The contract will specify the responsibilities and powers between the trainees and the driving school, and it will also involve the issue of fee refund.
2. If you don't keep the receipt or contract, you must find the previous transfer record of the student car and take a screenshot, such as the WeChat payment record or Alipay bill. If there is a screenshot of the WeChat chat of the driving school staff here, you can submit it to the Consumer Protection Association for complaint.
3. If you failed the first exam and didn't go to the driving school to practice, you can ask the driving school for a refund after knowing the false price tag of the driving school. Generally, at least 85% of the fees can be refunded at this stage.
