Note: this treatment is to eliminate the residual molding stress of molded products and improve the dimensional stability in the future; Change the mechanical properties; Improve dimensional accuracy or reduce deformation.
(3) Key points of plexiglass hot bending:
a.？ If you want to use water for heating, do not use "direct" water for heating, but use indirect heating to avoid dimensional changes after "moisture absorption".
b.？ Fixtures should be "smooth, flat and clean" to avoid residual lines after plastic surgery and affect transparency.
c.？ The heating rate should not be too fast and should not exceed the thermal deformation temperature.
d.？ When cooling, the temperature of each part of the workpiece should be consistent. Therefore, the cooling speed should not be too fast, otherwise the temperature difference between the heart and the skin will cause thermal stress, and the deformation will recover after loosening the fixture. ? So the cooling speed should not be too fast, and the furnace cooling will be better.
e.？ After heat treatment, the size will change slightly due to secondary shrinkage, and the temperature should not be too high to reduce the change of shrinkage size.
f.？ Don't burn it, it will deform more!
g.？ The specific heating time and temperature need many experiments to master the best temperature time.
2. Adhesion method: chloroform, commonly known as chloroform. Belongs to chemical products, colorless and transparent liquid. It is said that this product will be addictive if taken for a long time, and it will be unconscious if inhaled in large quantities.
3. Screen printing method: adopting the most advanced screen printing, four-color dot printing and other technologies.
4. Assembly method: Assemble a plurality of components of plexiglass products by gluing.
5. Packaging method: the product quality is finally tested, and the product is packaged before leaving the factory.
