The intense and busy work of "Sanqiu" has just ended, and the teachers' union, the organization department of the teachers' party committee and the teachers' party school have held such a training course for the chairmen of grass-roots trade unions. The first two sessions have been successfully held. Under the circumstance that the work at the end of the year is still quite heavy and urgent, it is very rare for everyone to take time to concentrate on their studies here. In order to hold this training course, the teachers' union, the organization department of the teachers' party committee and the teachers' party school have done a lot of detailed preparations, formulated detailed training plans and rich training contents, and the relevant departments of the teachers' organs have given great assistance, laying a solid foundation for running this training course well.
In a sense, it is very necessary to conduct a comprehensive training activity for grassroots trade union cadres. This is not only an important link to study and implement the spirit of the xx plenary session of the Party and improve the working ability of trade union cadres, but also a good prelude to this year's science and technology winter activities of the whole division. The miners' association decided to hold a training course for the trade union chairman of the whole mine workshop today. Therefore, no matter how busy you are, you should squeeze time to run training courses. Judging from the class today, everyone is basically here, which shows that our workshop director has a high consciousness and can take care of the overall situation. Yesterday, when I went down to send a notice, several chairmen of our workshop, such as Jia Tonghe of No.2 mining area and Li Hengli of No.3 mining area, were very active.
In particular, Master Jia said that this is our own business. No matter how busy we are, we have to take time to attend. If it's a big deal, we have to work overtime at night. I was very moved to hear that. Because coal mining is the busiest in our team, it is really commendable that they can take the overall situation into consideration and put the work of their own units on hold for the time being. With this attitude, the miners will believe that our training courses will be well run.
