Training case analysis
1. 1. What are the inadequacies in the organization and management of this training?

(1) The timing is wrong. Every Friday night from 7: 00 to 9: 00, and Saturday is the time for holiday and rest. On Friday afternoon, people usually stop working and just want to arrange the house price. And it's still night, and the training lasts until nine o'clock. Some people who are far away from home worry about when they will get home, and their minds are not on training. Timing is the biggest mistake.

(2) The training requirements are not strict, which leads to poor results. The company held this training to solve the problem and product shortage. However, the company did not require employees to participate in the training, did not put forward requirements for training, and the teacher training did not achieve the expected goal.

2.( 1) Schedule the time on Sunday. Everyone has a good rest on Saturday, and Sunday is the day before going to work on Monday, so everyone will slowly focus on their work. Moreover, employees can practice the contents of Sunday training on Monday, combining theory with practice.

(2) Formulation of training system.

1) Employees on every production line must attend training.

2) Take the attendance of trainers as an indicator of performance and salary assessment.

3) Those who cannot attend the training in time need to ask for leave, and so on.

(3) Notice before training, from department to department and from department to individual.

(4) During the training period, designate a special person to be responsible and sign in.

Two. 1. What are the problems in the evaluation of this department?

(1) The evaluation method is too simple and incomplete, which can't really achieve the purpose of evaluation.

(2) Colleagues' scores account for a large proportion, and it is easy to get unrealistic scores because of their good relationship with colleagues.

(3) On the contrary, some colleagues will give low marks to colleagues who have a bad relationship with themselves, which leads to inconsistency with reality.

2. What are the reasons for the above problems?

(1) The company has no perfect performance appraisal system and organization.

(2) The company did not do a good job of investigation before the evaluation, and investigated whether this evaluation method was appropriate.

(3) The company did not plan the whole evaluation process.

(4) The company did not conduct performance appraisal after each appraisal.

(5) The company failed to find and solve problems in time.

The above is my analysis of these two case analysis questions.
