According to official website of Jinan University, the country does not recognize academic qualifications, and the certificate of completion of western training courses is only a proof of participation in the relevant learning process, and it cannot represent academic qualifications, let alone academic qualifications recognized by the education department, but it is indeed a graduation method recognized by the education department.
