The practice and formula of old-fashioned sugar-coated biscuits; Method and formula of old-fashioned shortbread
1. Add water to dry yeast, stir until dissolved, add flour, knead into dough, and ferment in a warm place for about one hour until the dough is slightly cooked. Use sesame oil or vegetable oil and a small dough of crispy noodles.

2. Knead the dough until it is smooth, roll it into a big dough, spread sesame sauce and sesame oil, salt and pepper (if you like sweet, you can change salt and pepper into sugar) on the dough, and then spread a layer of crispy noodles. Gently roll it into a tube from one end and cut it into small pieces.

3. Retract the cuts on both sides of the cut short section slightly, turn the cuts down, wrap them at the bottom, gently roll them into small cakes with a rolling pin, brush a layer of egg liquid and stick sesame seeds.

4. Bake in a pan first, and then bake in an oven 170 degrees 15-20 minutes.
