During the probation period, the company shall not ask employees for training fees. If an employee who is recruited by the employing unit with capital contribution terminates the labor contract with the employing unit during the contract period (including the probation period), the employing unit may claim the expenses paid by the employee according to the provisions of Item (1) of Article 4 of the Measures for Compensation for Violation of Labor Contract Provisions issued by the former Ministry of Labor.
If the company asks for training fees, employees can complain to the labor arbitration department, which will arbitrate the company.
