What national organization is responsible for training first aid knowledge free of charge?
Regrettably, at least up to now, there is no law, regulation or any document in our country that stipulates that a specific institution is responsible for the training of people's first aid knowledge.

At present, as far as I know, the institutions related to this are: social practice bases that organize military training during school, the Red Cross, emergency centers, American Heart Association training centers (only in some areas), hospitals and so on. These institutions (Red Cross Training Department, Emergency Center Training Center, American Heart Association Training Center) are generally fee-based training (but the fee-based training is certified), and free training will only be provided when public welfare education activities are carried out occasionally.
