When children come to the consulting room to ask some questions, we are not in a hurry to tell them the answers, but tentatively ask them why you are so curious about this question. Questions like this are to explore the motivation and background behind children's problems.
During the training, I feel more and more deeply the necessity of carrying out mental health education in primary and secondary schools across the country. Experience of mental health education
On July 23rd, I was "lucky" to attend the pre-job training course for new counselors in provincial universities for 20 years, and "lucky" to listen to the report of the Secretary of the Education Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on mental health education for college students. First, a new understanding of "health" and "mental health"

The words and deeds of counselors and teachers have a great influence on students, especially in the eyes of freshmen. Counselors and teachers are wise-they know everything; It is omnipotent-everything will be; It is an authority-even higher than that of parents, so the way psychological counselors speak and treat people ... will have a far-reaching impact on students.
Therefore, counselors and teachers need to have a sound psychological quality and personality, which is also the basis for establishing a good teacher-student relationship with freshmen in the near future and the starting point for students' mental health education. Including me, I expect every counselor and teacher to improve their personality, enhance their personality charm and better "coach" students from the perspective of their own mental health. Two cases shared by the counselor and teacher of Huaihai Institute of Technology at the report meeting also illustrate this point. Looking at the current mental health status of students in our school, I personally have some shortcomings. It's still the same as what I just said. It doesn't matter if you grow up faster, suffer a little, and get tired. You can't "blame the children" for personal reasons. Therefore, counselors and teachers, we should work harder.
Third, counselors should have "quality": modesty, easygoing and fairness.
Whether dealing with the teacher-student relationship between counselors and students, or dealing with the relationship between school affairs and students, we should be modest, easy-going, fair and strict ... When dealing with students' psychological problems and other problems, we should have the awareness of equality and common learning, discuss and communicate more, or exchange ideas and opinions with students more. Counselors and teachers need to have a broader mind, a tolerant mind, even listen to different opinions and criticisms from students, be tolerant of others, and be more understanding, caring and friendly.
