Nanning unemployment benefits collection process is as follows:

1. Within 15 days before the termination of the labor contract, the company will send personnel to the social security bureaus where unemployment insurance is paid to handle unemployment registration;

2. According to the regulations of the Social Security Bureau, individuals can only receive unemployment benefits if they have paid unemployment insurance benefits for more than 1 year and meet the conditions for receiving them;
