Summary and Reflection on Art Teaching: Three Articles
Art teaching has many places worth summarizing and reflecting. Summarizing the teaching work of art class for one semester, while learning from each other's strong points, the teaching level can be improved to a higher level. The following are three summaries and reflections on art teaching that I brought to you, hoping to help you! Chapter one: Summary and reflection of art teaching.

(1) The question raised: The effectiveness of evaluation in art class In art skill class, the common evaluation method is that after the homework is completed, students are divided into self-evaluations, and teachers are not allowed to evaluate and summarize. In terms of time, the study and mastery of technology sometimes have the disadvantage of lagging behind. In terms of teaching effect, students sometimes make passive evaluation, and even after-class evaluation is a mere formality.

(2) Measures and methods:

1, the timing of evaluation, in the process of learning skills, according to different needs, according to the needs of teaching objectives, can be evaluated at the beginning, during and at the end of the course.

For example, in the introduction of flower-and-bird painting techniques in the third lesson, the teacher's evaluation is used to evaluate the typical advantages and disadvantages in the last lesson, which plays a guiding role in learning.

Evaluation in the teaching process, such as students' unfinished homework, can find typical problems, inform and guide students to practice in the right way in time, learn students' art techniques, and correct mistakes in time and accurately.

2. Innovation of evaluation methods.

The evaluation of skill class should stimulate students' enthusiasm and subjective awareness of work evaluation, so that the evaluation is not completely limited to the teacher's arrangement. After the students evaluate each other, the teacher summarizes the evaluation. According to the age characteristics of high school students, we can make some evaluations by creating situations, so that classroom teaching evaluation can become a part of middle school students' interest and really gain something from it. For example, in art appreciation class, students can introduce their chosen works of art by auction.

(3) Reflection

The evaluation in art teaching can not only decompose all aspects of teaching, but also be the final overall evaluation of teaching results. The diversification of evaluation methods is not only reflected in the differences of evaluation subjects between students and teachers, but also in the innovation of evaluation forms, which is the main content of our persistent exploration and research in peacetime teaching.

Chapter two: Summary and reflection of art teaching.

The teaching work of this semester has ended. Generally speaking, this semester is a busy one, whether it is school-based or community-based, but I think it has been successfully completed. This semester, at the request of leaders, I taught school-based courses and art classes in grades 1, 3 and 4. I also continue to participate in the activities of my Xin Lei Club. After a semester of teaching practice, I have accumulated some experiences and practices, as well as some failed lessons. Now I will summarize and reflect on the successes and failures in the teaching process as follows, so as to foster strengths and avoid weaknesses in future teaching work. I want to sum up my work in four aspects: (1) Teaching:

First, pay close attention to classroom teaching time and improve classroom effectiveness.

In the past, students usually spent two or even three classes in my art class, especially the painting creation class in the field of modeling and expression. However, the arrangement of art class time this semester is completely insufficient. I think only by improving efficiency in a limited time can we complete the teaching task well. I am doing experiments in grade three and four this semester, especially in grade three. I shortened the time of my previous composition, was able to use Gou Xianbi's direct description, and resolutely started writing without a pencil. Moreover, this semester, I asked the third and fourth grades to use oil pastels as their coloring tools, so that students can directly render what they can draw with oil pastels. At the beginning, I found that students could not adapt better, and the things they drew were crooked, and some students even dared not draw. At this time, I encourage my classmates that you can do it, as long as you think it over before drawing. After a semester's experiment, the students not only drew excellent works, but also strengthened their self-confidence than before. Once a classmate asked me, "Teacher, why did we draw for so long?" ? And it's not pretty! "I am very happy. I told him, "Because you are confident and attentive. In fact, painting is a very happy thing. If you take painting as a pleasure, you will be happy, but if you take a coping attitude every time you finish your homework, then you will be very painful! I hope all of us like art class and enjoy the process of drawing. "

Second, strengthen the infiltration of students' basic knowledge and skills of fine arts, and adopt the method of good students driving poor students.

I set a standard for my art class, which is to let students learn something. No matter whether I am a junior or a senior, I will properly infiltrate art theory knowledge in class. Now many art teachers think that it is enough for students to create works, but I don't think so. The lower grades may be ok, but if the senior grades don't join the appropriate guidance, the students' works will be empty and have no connotation, and after a long time, students will get tired of art classes. To this end, I have strengthened the overall infiltration of students' basic knowledge and skills in fine arts, and adopted the method that good students drive poor students. Encourage poor students to enjoy art study.

Third, adopt various methods to develop the fluency, flexibility and uniqueness of students' thinking and maximize their creative potential.

In class, the composition is required to be full, full, large and individual, and unique works are created. No matter what grade students are, composition has always been an unavoidable problem. Many students draw small things. Even if you repeatedly emphasize drawing something bigger in class, some students can't do it. For this reason, I told the students that if you draw a big picture, even if it is full, the teacher will praise you. On the contrary, drawing small pictures requires mutual supervision and acceptance of criticism. Besides, I often encourage my students to create unique works. You can break the boundaries of nature as long as you have an idea. In recent years, I have found that students' creative ideas are much broader than before, and their worries are much less. This is what I like to see. Pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability, so that students have the ability to turn innovative consciousness into concrete results. Through comprehensive learning and inquiry learning, students are guided to explore and discover in specific situations, find the connection between different knowledge, and cultivate students' innovative consciousness and problem-solving ability.

Fourth, through classroom evaluation homework, teach painting skills and craft production, and improve skill performance.

Commenting on homework is an indispensable part of art class. Through the comments on homework, students not only understand their own shortcomings, but also broaden their horizons and learn the strengths of others. It can be said that there are many advantages and few disadvantages. This semester, I will carry this out to the end. Once students find good ideas and ideas in the creative process, they will show them to students, which will increase their creative enthusiasm.

Fifth, closely link learning content with life experience, emphasize the role of knowledge and skills in helping students live, and let students understand the unique value of art in real life.

Some art creation is far away from students' real life, and it is very difficult for students to create. In view of this part of the content, I made appropriate adjustments to link the learning content with the life around the students. Let students know about life and the actual value of art in life. Take various forms to organize students to understand the differences of people's emotions, attitudes and values and the richness of human society, and to understand the characteristics of art, the diversity of artistic expressions and the unique contribution of art to social life in a wide range of cultural situations. At the same time, cultivate students' love for the excellent culture of the motherland and tolerance and respect for the multicultural education in the world.

Six, the evaluation of teachers should reflect multi-dimensional and multi-level.

In the classroom, hierarchical evaluation should be reflected, and the evaluation of students' art learning should pay equal attention to the cultivation of attitude and habits and the development of knowledge and ability, and encourage bold innovation and individuality, that is, pay attention to actual achievements and future development.

(2) Community work:

First, the use of creative books in "interesting cities" has increased students' interest in community learning and exercised their imagination and creativity.

At the end of last semester, I asked my students to subscribe to the book Fun City. This semester, the activities of my club mainly revolve around this book. The content of this book is not only very rich, but also diverse, with concrete examples on each page, which reduces the learning difficulty of students, is close to their lives and increases their interest. In order to increase the diversity of students' painting forms, I ask students to design different contents for each pattern. For example, in the lesson "Angel Design", there are already designed and painted angels in the book, and there are several blank spaces for students to design and color themselves. I ask students to design different clothes, different colors of wings, different coloring methods and different painting tools for each angel. While inspiring students to design ideas, let them discuss design methods, and then give them limited time to design. After the design is completed, they will give demonstrations and comments, and introduce the typical works designed by students. I didn't expect the students' wisdom to be infinite. It depends on how you dig them out.

Second, the use of the "I invented and created" card has improved the sci-fi consciousness of the students in the community.

This semester, I will ask students to complete a "I invent, I create" card in about two weeks. I give students a small theme every time, so that students can start thinking on the basis of this theme, write down their creative intentions in detail in words, and then create sketches in the creative area below. On the basis of accumulating ideas, cultivate students' sci-fi consciousness. After a semester's practice, I found that junior students' painting level is not high, but their scientific and technological awareness is high. Their imagination is strange and novel, but the senior students are different. Their painting level is very high, but their awareness of science and technology, imagination and creativity are pitiful.

Third, set a certain thinking direction and theme for students, inspire students, fully mobilize students' innovative thinking, and guide students to learn to be "targeted."

Because science fiction painting is different from ordinary children's paintings, it is more scientific, meticulous and rigorous in cultivating children's imagination and creativity. If students can draw ordinary children's pictures and use their imagination at will, we must consider its feasibility and rationality when drawing science fiction painting. Therefore, we say that it is more scientific and rigorous in cultivating children's imagination and creativity. For example, at ordinary times, I will show students a particularly small problem, let them create works and give them a directional guidance.

Fourthly, increasing the discussion time in the community broadens students' thinking. Respect for students' unique personality, thinking collision, discussion and exchange, and expand innovative thinking.

I think, especially in science fiction painting's creative process, we should often organize students to have extensive exchanges, so that students' thoughts can be inspired and collided in the process of "you listen to me, you listen to me", and science fiction painting's creative materials can be inadvertently excavated to produce good ideas. Mutual communication can broaden students' thinking and stimulate and promote the development of creative thinking. In discussion and communication, we can complement each other and encourage each other, so that the sleeping thinking can be awakened. At the same time, the confrontation of various viewpoints can help students get rid of the habitual thinking that has been formed, promote students to speak freely and stimulate inspirational thinking. Discussion can enrich children's horizons, and it is also a good opportunity for children to learn from each other, promote each other and improve together. Because of the differences of students' age, knowledge, hobbies and specialties, there are different solutions to the same problem. Moreover, discussion and communication can enrich students' understanding, and it is also a good way to learn from each other, learn from each other's strengths and improve together. So I arranged a discussion and exchange session after the students selected the theme. At this time, students' brains will be highly excited, speak freely, have heated debates, and good solutions to problems will emerge one after another. For example, students draw a garbage disposal machine, which was originally intended to let the garbage disposal machine dispose of some wastes and achieve the purpose of protecting the environment. However, in the process of discussion and communication, someone said, "There is so much' garbage' in the world every day, it would be great if there was a garbage processor?" Some said: how to deal with white garbage? Someone said, "How wonderful it would be if' garbage' could be turned into' useful items' after' treatment'! Some people said, "The garbage processor I designed can classify garbage and reuse resources. Some said, "My garbage disposal can directly turn old items into new ones." Some said, "My garbage processor can turn garbage into organic fertilizer for all kinds of green plants." Some said, "The garbage disposal device I designed is in outer space, so it won't have any impact on the earth. It is also a space energy base. The converted energy is transported back to the earth for people's production and life ... "Students expressed their opinions one after another, and finally agreed to" treat "the garbage while recycling it, turn it into a" useful item "for reproduction, and use the" energy "generated in the conversion process to generate electricity for the benefit of mankind, so a new garbage processor was produced.

Fifth, trust students, enhance self-confidence and encourage students to create works.

Self-confidence is the source of strength for innovative thinking. Scientific fantasy painting is conducive to cultivating children's divergent thinking, concentrated thinking and other creative thinking and innovative painting ability. Any child's artistic creation products have the value of existence, which is very important to cultivate children's self-confidence in innovation ability. In teaching, I also use other training methods (propositional imaginary painting and series imaginary painting) to cultivate students' ability and enhance their self-confidence. Children have a sense of innovation and their ability to innovate is gradually developing.

The vivid dynamic learning of intransitive verbs lays the foundation for students to better express their characters.

Drawing characters has always been a difficult problem for students in our club, especially the dynamic performance of characters is rigid and inaccurate. Students should learn to draw gestures of characters to express various activities inside and outside the school. The human body is beautiful and complicated. It is really difficult for children to draw a dynamic human body. In order to enable students to freely express the various trends of characters in painting, this learning content is arranged. The human body is a kind of body that students are very familiar with. Through feeling, the bones of the human body are drawn evenly from the head to the trunk and limbs, and then the movements of the characters are expressed through various joints, thus drawing the vivid gestures of the characters. When drawing people's movements, we should closely connect with reality. When drawing, let students move their joints and experience the movements themselves, which can avoid mistakes. Doing a posture experience can draw a harmonious and vivid picture, thus solving the difficulty of drawing a human posture correctly and vividly.

Seven, to participate in various painting competitions to prove their strength.

This semester, our students participated in the "My Dream in China" 20 13 Youth Cultural Activities Painting Competition and the Hebei Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition Science Fantasy Painting Competition. The students who participated were mainly students of Grade Five and Grade Six. In the process of drawing the entries, I found that the fifth-grade students are obviously lower than the sixth-grade students in drawing skills, imagination and expressiveness. The difference is really big, and I'm a little worried. Although there are many various reasons, this is the case now. I think in order to improve this situation, I will design the content of club activities for fifth-grade students next semester.

Eight, confusion and reflection:

This semester's club activities are going on in an orderly way, but some of them are not up to my standards. For example, some students did not organize their art files in time, and some works were lost because they could not be stored in time. Some students didn't finish their homework seriously and didn't reach my expected goal casually. The study discipline of some students during the club activities is not very good, which affects the study of other students. Individual results of the clubs on duty are not very good. I feel that the cohesion of community activities needs to be improved. The content of community activities should also be updated in time to meet the needs of students. The efficiency of community activities still needs to be improved. We should further understand the progress of each student. This semester, I will design a questionnaire survey to investigate students' needs. Next semester, I want to set the teaching content according to students' needs.

Chapter III: Summary and reflection of art teaching.

Time flies, and a school year has passed quickly. This school year, according to the actual needs of our school, I served as an art class in Class 3 17. Looking back on this school year, it is busy and full, and there are many places worth summarizing and reflecting. Now make a summary of this school year's work to promote improvement. First, strengthen study and constantly improve ideological and professional quality.

There is no end to learning and no end to teaching. Only by constantly charging can we maintain the youth and vitality of teaching. Therefore, I have been actively studying. Over the past year, I have seriously participated in the new curriculum training and various learning lectures organized by the school. In addition, I also carefully studied the new curriculum standards of fine arts and fine arts education by using books and the Internet, and related articles such as "The Transformation of Education and the Change of Teachers' Roles" and "How Teachers Walk with the New Curriculum". By studying the new curriculum standard, let yourself establish an advanced teaching concept and make clear the direction of teaching efforts in the future. With the development of society and the update of knowledge, I am also urged to keep learning. Usually, I have the opportunity to make continuous progress in education and teaching through skills training, going out to attend classes and participating in competitions. Won the second prize of the basic skills competition for district teachers and the third prize of the calligraphy and painting competition for district teachers and students; In guiding students to participate in the art festival painting and calligraphy live competition, they won three third prizes respectively, guiding students to successfully pass the B grade in the art grade examination. Through these learning activities, I constantly enrich myself, enrich my knowledge and insight, and prepare for better teaching practice.

Second, be realistic and innovative, and earnestly carry out teaching and research work.

Education and teaching is the primary task of our teachers' work. Over the past year, I have tried to apply the new curriculum ideas I have learned to classroom teaching practice, and strive to make art teaching in our college more distinctive, form a unique teaching model, better reflect the requirements of quality education and improve the quality of art teaching based on "using old and new textbooks and practicing new ideas". In education and teaching, I carefully follow the requirements of the syllabus, follow the principles of art education, and make a practical teaching plan according to the actual situation of the school and the age characteristics of students. At the same time, I teach students what I have learned in each class seriously, so that students can learn some basic knowledge, master the basic skills and techniques of art, learn to judge beauty and create beauty, and improve their aesthetic ability. In teaching, I pay attention to stimulating students' interest in learning art. I think interest is the basic driving force for learning art. Therefore, I give full play to the unique charm of art teaching, so that the course content, form and teaching methods can stimulate students' interest in learning, and thus transform it into a lasting emotional attitude. At the same time, the content of art course is closely linked with students' life experience, emphasizing the role of knowledge and skills in helping students beautify their lives and let students understand the unique value of art in real life. I usually have the intention to sum up these experiences in words. Among them, Practical Research on Improving Students' Creative Ability in Art Teaching and Construction and Research on the Evaluation System of Junior High School Art Teachers' Overall Level won the third prize respectively, and two topics were established respectively: Practical Research on Individualized Teaching of Junior High School Art under the New Curriculum and Creation and Adjustment of Psychological Environment in Art Classroom.

Third, work hard and complete other work in the school.

This school year, our school held a sports meeting and an art festival, and at the same time, we also need to decorate blackboard newspapers and exhibition windows. This not only involves a lot of art propaganda work, but also requires us to actively participate in the creation of works. I can use my enthusiasm to complete every task assigned by the school, because they can not only let me learn a lot of knowledge, but also let me better understand my own values and shortcomings, so I can basically be "diligent, high-quality and efficient".

Fourth, strengthen reflection and sum up teaching gains and losses in time.

Reflecting on the work of this school year, I see my achievements and think about my own shortcomings. Disadvantages are as follows:

1, the study of the new curriculum standards of fine arts is not deep enough, and the thinking of the new curriculum practice is not enough, so it is impossible to record some teaching ideas and problems in time for reflection;

2. In teaching and scientific research, this school year, I strengthened my study and carefully studied some theoretical books on teaching and scientific research, but the application in teaching practice was not in place, and the research was not detailed and practical enough to achieve my own goals;
