Changsha Vocational and Technical College is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a full-time higher vocational college sponsored by Changsha Municipal People's Government and headed by Hunan Provincial Department of Education. It is the only special education teacher training base in Hunan Province, the project unit of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Education, the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the central financial training base construction project unit. The school has two campuses, Lei Feng (main campus) and Liuyang (east campus), covering an area of more than 600 mu and more than 570 faculty members.
