Yudu County is located in the core hinterland of Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, with vast territory and sparsely populated, extremely cold, lack of oxygen and high radiation, very bad natural environment, relatively backward economic and social development and extremely difficult working conditions. It belongs to the six most difficult areas for the country to get rid of poverty. I always keep in mind the party's political mission of entrusting and helping young people, turning "lack of oxygen, no lack of spirit, hardship and high altitude" into a passionate driving force for work, overcoming many difficulties, taking root in the snowy plateau, fighting side by side with local medical staff, shedding youthful sweat, and composing a magnificent song of love for life and health, which was affectionately called "Beijing Mamba" by local people.

On the first night when I first arrived in Jin Duo County, a member of my team suffered from severe altitude sickness and had difficulty breathing. I gave him medicine and oxygen, and took care of him until late at night. His condition is getting better gradually. I was about to have a rest when the phone rang: "Mr. Wu, you are a doctor in the intensive care department." A pregnant woman was unconscious during childbirth and her life was dying. Come and save the patient. " I didn't have time to think about it, regardless of the altitude sickness when I first arrived, I immediately got dressed and rushed to the hospital. I didn't know this was a high-risk parturient until I arrived. Because her family didn't go to the hospital in time, the fetus had no vital signs, the maternal consciousness was vague, there was no blood pressure, and blood oxygen was not displayed ... According to years of clinical experience, I judged that the maternal was in shock! I calmly directed everyone to rescue patients, mask oxygen inhalation, prepare tracheal intubation equipment, quickly replenish water, and use adrenaline ... Through a series of timely symptomatic operations, maternal vital signs gradually improved and stabilized. However, because the fetus has been unable to give birth and the medical conditions here are limited, in order to ensure the safety of the parturient, we decided to transfer her to the state hospital for further diagnosis and treatment in time when her vital signs were stable. This rescue has created very favorable conditions for the patient to be transferred to hospital. I have always been concerned about the patient's safety, constantly telling the transfer doctor some details and precautions, and leaving him a phone number to provide telemedicine support at any time if the condition changes! Through the rescue of shock pregnant women, she not only turned the corner, but also exercised the cooperative rescue ability of medical staff, which greatly improved the hospital's rescue level for critically ill patients.

Due to the poor medical conditions, there are very few patients hospitalized here, and many people go to the state or the city for hospitalization. On the second day of work, I treated a hospitalized patient with cholecystitis and gallstones. Treat the patient sincerely, check the changes of the condition at the bedside repeatedly, and be caring and attentive to the patient. I have been recognized and thanked by patients and their families. Every time you see me, you kindly call me "Beijing Mamba Snake"! I know that the patients here are not very rich economically, so try to ask each patient a detailed medical history, have a careful physical examination, do as few examinations as possible, try to save money and make a clear diagnosis! In the following days, two patients with hepatic echinococcosis and severe malnutrition were diagnosed and treated successively. Treatment 1 case of premature infants with gestational age of 29 weeks and weight 1240g, treatment 1 case of scalded infants under the age of 1 year. His neck and right shoulder were scalded by tea, and he was infected with a high fever, which was particularly painful. After careful treatment, the child's condition gradually improved, his body temperature gradually became normal, and he was discharged after one week!

After a while, it is said that many ordinary people know through various channels that a medical expert in Beijing has come to see me. I remember one Sunday, I got up at 7 o'clock as usual. I didn't sleep well because of altitude sickness. I have high blood pressure, headache and palpitation. I just had breakfast and want to have a rest. Someone knocked at the door: "Dr. Wu, there is a patient to see you." I thought, "when I rest, I will usually be seen by people who are dying." Why did someone come to see a doctor at home today? " In any case, people in Tibetan areas can go home for medical consultation, which is a trust in our Beijing medical team. We must treat him well and don't let them down! It turned out that the patient was an elderly male, Tibetan, 74 years old, with hematuria in the morning. After detailed consultation and physical examination, I think the patient is very likely to have a bladder tumor. I suggest that patients go to the hospital for routine urine test and ultrasound examination of urinary system. Soon the test results came out and it was diagnosed as a bladder tumor! My family came to me with a report card, praised my superb medical skills, thanked me for my selfless help, and affectionately called me "Beijing Mamba Snake" on the snowy plateau!

Be kind to a person, make a family happy and make a county harmonious. In a year, I can't remember how many times I have treated such critically ill patients. Every successful treatment not only saved a patient, but also saved a family, effectively curbed the phenomenon of "poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty due to illness" and drove away the road of poverty caused by illness.

Every time I treat a patient, I can be calm, handle it properly, treat it accurately and achieve good results. Not only won the praise of patients' families, but also kindly called me Peking Man Baillagou (Tibetan: Good Doctor)! It won the praise and imitation of local medical staff and ignited their enthusiasm for actively learning medical technology. Every visit, ward round, consultation, or even going out for a free clinic always allows some local medical staff who have time to study, discuss and improve together. Over the past year, there have been more than 500 visits, more than 90 rounds, more than 40 consultations and more than 300 free consultations, which have influenced and inspired a large number of local medical staff.

Because he showed many advantages in his work, such as versatility, courage to take responsibility, strong organization and coordination ability, he was appointed as the vice president of the county people's hospital by the organization department of Yudu County Committee in September 2020. In view of the remote location, outdated concept, loose management and extensive hospital operation, I started from four aspects to guide the hospital to move closer to the advanced hospital management model. The first is to strengthen system construction. Since September, a series of normative documents have been formulated (revised) and issued, such as Hospital Sense Working Committee and Hospital Sense System, Biosafety Committee and System, Employees' Overseas Study Agreement, Labor Discipline Management Measures, Hospital Chief Duty System, Medical Quality Management Measures, Medical Record Quality Management Measures and COVID-19 Virus Infection Protection System. The second is to do a good job in department management, organize and assist team members to subcontract departments based on the principle of professional expertise and complementary advantages, and guide the medical department to conduct comprehensive quality control management on medical treatment, nursing, medical records and medical technology of each department, conduct regular assessment, strictly reward and punish, and promote the improvement of medical quality. The third is to assist the county center. If the aid medical team helps the recipients to directly carry out medical activities is a kind of "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation, then training local medical staff to improve their professional quality and medical ability is a kind of "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation, which is also one of the important tasks of the aid medical team. In order to effectively implement this task, I propose to take every Wednesday as a "multi-county hospital training day". We should not only take the lead in being a good coach, but also organize counterparts to help the team members and those who go out to train and return to the hospital as coaches. As a team, experts take the backbone, and masters take the apprentices to follow the whole process. Completed systematic training in hospital awareness training, tuberculin experiment training, virus nucleic acid sampling training, COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment knowledge (8th edition), cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidance and practice. At the same time, we will strengthen the study of the "three basics" knowledge of medical staff, make regular assessments, and strictly reward and punish them, so as to keep the skills and talents at home and leave a "Beijing-level medical team" that we can't take away.

Most of them are located in the plateau, with an average altitude of more than 4,500 meters, with low air pressure and low oxygen concentration, so the situation of sudden death is particularly serious. In addition, the first aid skills of farmers and herdsmen are generally low, so it is of great significance to strengthen the training of first aid skills. I have worked in ICU for more than ten years, and I have rich first aid knowledge and skills and practical experience in rescuing countless patients with sudden death. Therefore, I made up my mind to carry out first-aid skills training throughout the county, and strive to achieve "everyone can do first aid". With the goal of "everyone's first aid", I have conducted face-to-face CPR training, defibrillation training and Heimlich first aid training for more than 2,000 people in county hospitals, health centers, Federation of Trade Unions, county bureaus, state taxation bureaus, public security bureaus, temples, schools, enterprises and other units, and made them master it in an easy-to-understand way.

Teenagers are the future of the motherland, and the health of students is particularly important. I organized and participated in the public welfare project initiated by Aiyou Charity Foundation, and conducted health check-ups for more than 65,438+03,000 students in all primary and secondary schools in Jin Duo County. Due to the large number of physical examinations, involving primary and secondary schools in 5 towns and 2 townships in the county, Guang Hai is high, with the lowest elevation of 3,500m and the highest elevation of 5 100 meters. Altitude sickness accompanied the whole physical examination process. The conditions are difficult, and sometimes I have to work until eight or nine in the evening. In some places, it snows heavily and the temperature is as low as MINUS 20 degrees. In order to save time, my team members and I are eager to drink water. Students line up class by class, but I keep checking the records. There are many children and poor air circulation. I have been in a state of hypoxia, and my head has been feeling stuffy and painful. At the end of the day, my back aches and I feel weak all over. In the middle of the next night, my headache was unbearable, accompanied by vomiting. Although taking painkillers, the symptoms have not been alleviated. The team members and I took care of each other, helped and encouraged each other, overcame all difficulties, and finally completed this meaningful physical examination task as scheduled! He also participated in the "Tomorrow Plan" orphans' health check-up activities carried out by the county civil affairs bureau, and conducted free health check-ups for 47 orphans in Yudu County/KLOC-0. I was fully responsible for this physical examination, formulated scientific and reasonable physical examination items for children, organized and coordinated manpower and material resources, deployed experienced doctors for physical examination, and completed the physical examination task with good quality and quantity. The development of the physical examination project for orphans has provided a platform for the prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of orphans, and at the same time, it has found out the base for the next rescue work, laid the foundation for establishing and improving the health records of orphans, effectively strengthened the medical rehabilitation guarantee for orphans, and made orphans in the county feel the warmth of the party and the government! It is said that most schools in many counties are boarding schools, with poor sanitary conditions and crowded people, which easily lead to the epidemic of infectious diseases. I participated in the screening of students' tuberculosis in the spring school season in the county, and also organized hospital staff to carry out environmental disinfection work on campus regularly, which effectively guaranteed the health of students.

Prevention and control of epidemic situation in novel coronavirus is a national strategy, and it is also the focus of the work of Guoduo County People's Hospital. Based on my experience in fighting SARS and COVID-19 in Beijing, I actively put forward suggestions and suggestions in isolation ward construction, virus and nucleic acid laboratory construction, "COVID-19" related documents and system drafting, emergency supplies reserve, fever clinic work system, pre-examination and triage, medical process formulation and so on, and put forward many reasonable suggestions. I have organized hospital staff to carry out business training such as novel coronavirus, isolation gown and virus nucleic acid sampling training, and organized hospital staff to carry out emergency drills on COVID-19 epidemic for many times to improve the ability and level of hospital epidemic prevention and control. I also served as the deputy head of the vaccination medical expert group in COVID-19, Yudu County, and visited eight vaccination sites, large and small. Often go out before dawn and get home after dark, overcome difficulties such as cold and lack of oxygen, inconvenient transportation, check and guide the medical treatment and security work of each inoculation point, and conduct professional training for relevant personnel. The work of each inoculation point was carried out in an orderly manner, and no serious adverse inoculation reactions occurred, which made outstanding contributions to the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the county.

On March 24th, 20021year, a mountain fire broke out in Xiewu Town, many counties, threatening the lives and property of the people nearby and the ecological environment of Sanjiang. The county party Committee and the county government quickly set up a rescue and disaster relief headquarters to put out mountain fires. I was appointed as an expert in the medical security group to participate in disaster relief work. As the only expert in the medical security team, I wore a white coat and climbed from the disaster relief headquarters at an altitude of 3,700 meters to the fire at an altitude of 4,500 meters. After reaching the top of the mountain, my hair, mask, clothes and shoes were covered with dust, making it very difficult to breathe. The comrades who put out the fire saw the medical experts from Beijing coming to them, which greatly boosted their morale and stabilized it. So are the leaders at headquarters. A scarecrow's eyes were irritated during the fire fighting, so I washed them with normal saline and bandaged them with gauze. A ranger injured his hand while putting out the fire. I disinfected it with iodine and bandaged it with gauze. Another child's mother put out a fire on the mountain, and the child accidentally broke his skin at home. I gave him a debridement and suture, and the mother of the child always thanked me. On March 27th, Aini Agang, the county magistrate of Chengdu, personally came to the disaster relief headquarters to guide the work. After listening to the report, the county magistrate and the leaders of the headquarters unanimously affirmed and spoke highly of the medical security work of the Beijing medical team.

On April 3rd, 20021year, he participated in Arbor Day activities, planted trees and flowers, afforested and beautified the Three Rivers, and protected the ecological environment. On May 20th, I was hired as a "medical consultant" by local key leading enterprises to ensure production, promote employment and escort economic development. On May 22nd, an earthquake of magnitude 7.4 occurred in maduo county, Linxian County. I organized medical rescue overnight. On May 26th, a bear injured people in Xiewu town. I organized a medical team to participate in emergency rescue work. Beijing foreign aid medical team has always contributed to "poverty alleviation"!

As we all know, propaganda work is a fine tradition of the party leading the people to win the victory of revolution, construction and reform. Propaganda work can not only convey information to serve the masses, but also guide public opinion and popularize policies. At the same time, publicity is the driving force to promote the work. During my work in Yudu County, I was not only the propagandist of Shijingshan Tibet Aid Medical Team, but also the propagandist of Yudu County People's Hospital. 47 publicity reports, more than 70 works by Tik Tok and 45 works by Weibo were completed, which well publicized the work of Beijing Youth Aid Medical Team and effectively improved its popularity and reputation. Let the people in many counties know more about the specific examples of the country's precise poverty alleviation, and their close relationship has been warmed by the big family of the motherland.
