First, how to start a trainer's career

1, become an expert before becoming a trainer.

B: Write some professional articles. Professional and practical articles can help procurement personnel such as training institutions to understand a person's professional skills faster. After the article is written, it is best to contribute to some media. If possible, open a column in some professional magazine media and write 1 article every month. It is not only a foreshadowing for the future, but also a summary of self-experience.

C: Know more about the trainees and give more briefings. For example, get to know some friends from management consulting companies and training institutions, and even talk to friends from some industries intentionally or unintentionally, telling them that they are interested in developing in this direction. Then people with business thinking, or people who know the taste, will create such opportunities for you, and sometimes they will go on stage several times, which may be an instant hit. At present, many business trainers are transformed in this way.

2. First enter the training circle and become a trainer.

(1) Engaged in management consulting, lecturer brokerage and training company. There are also a number of trainers in the market. They used to train the company's business people. Because they often hang out in this circle, they know the mainstream courses in the market and the preferences of customers. In addition, they often organize training and become half experts.

(2) Be the trainer's assistant. Because I often have to assist the trainer in making courseware, I also have to host or serve the course on the spot. Over time, I have also learned all the skills of the trainer. For example, an assistant of a etiquette trainer has trained etiquette courses with etiquette trainers for dozens of times, and this assistant can also speak courses skillfully.

Generally speaking, this kind of trainers are quick to enter the industry, but their vitality is weaker than that with actual combat experience. After all, what they have learned and what they have experienced are two different concepts, but this kind of trainer has a characteristic, that is, he has a strong learning ability and loves learning very much, so they can survive tenaciously despite the cruel market.

Second, the trainer's career development path

This is a big proposition. China's trainer market has not risen for a long time, mainly since 2000, so there is no specific standard. But combined with the actual situation of many trainers, it mainly focuses on three aspects:

1, the direction of the course taught. Multiple courses → courses in a certain field → copyright courses.

2. The development direction of curriculum industry. Major industry courses → lock in major industries → a subdivision of an industry.

3. Business development direction. Simple teaching → teaching+consulting+consultant → teaching+consulting+consultant+publishing books and videos → investors.
