1. Obtained the professional qualification certificate of the third-level secretary, worked continuously in this profession for more than 4 years, and obtained the certificate of completion after the formal training of the second-level secretary reached the required standard hours.
2. Obtain the professional qualification certificate of the third-level secretary and have been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years.
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree certificate and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years. Public courses include: shorthand, typing, reading and writing, principles of healthy living, office work procedures, computer application, secretarial science, physical education and accounting.
The professional courses of administrative secretary include: business mathematics, enterprise law, bookkeeping, speech, social science, dictation and recording of administrative secretary, guidance of administrative secretary, etc.
The professional courses of legal secretary include: enterprise law, legal secretary's guide, legal terminology, legal secretary's dictation and recording, court and legal affairs procedure, etc.
