What are the common training forms of enterprise training?
(1) lecture training

It can also be called classroom training, that is, the lecturer directly teaches employees the company's culture, system and work skills. This is the most traditional and convenient training method.

Advantages: the content and progress of training can be controlled by the lecturer, and it is less difficult to organize and implement;

Disadvantages: Because this is a one-way information transmission process, it is very easy to cause students to feel bored, difficult to invest and other adverse reactions.

In order to enhance students' participation, many enterprises now adopt the combination of film and television, that is, in class, in addition to the lecturer's direct explanation, video materials will be played to further stimulate students' audio-visual experience, so as to achieve better learning results. Generally speaking, lecture training is more suitable for imparting conceptual knowledge.

(2) Seminar training

Seminar-based training also needs the guidance of lecturers, but its difference lies in enhancing students' awareness of participation. Seminar-based training generally divides students into several groups. By giving them topics or cases, students are required to complete in the form of group cooperation, and finally the results are displayed in the form of speeches.

Advantages: Obviously, the information of this training method can be transmitted in many directions, and students can achieve the collision of thoughts through mutual discussion. In this form, in addition to training the knowledge and skills you need to master, you can also train students' cooperative ability, problem-solving ability and verbal expression ability simultaneously;

Disadvantages: you need to search a large number of cases or carefully design various topics. The workload brought by these preliminary preparations should not be underestimated, and the ability requirements for lecturers have reached a higher level.

(3) Exercise training

That is, let students directly play the role in the work and practice the work in the scene designed by the lecturer. This way can restore the working scene very truly, and make employees have a strong sense of substitution. In the process of role-playing, the instructor can find problems through interaction with students, and put forward targeted opinions after practice to help students improve.

Advantages: strong practicability and interaction, and it is mostly used for training cooperation and management ability;

Disadvantages: Not all training contents are suitable for role-playing, such as theoretical knowledge transfer.
