2. Inner Mongolia Art Vocational College

Inner Mongolia Art Vocational College is a full-time private higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (No.248 for internal affairs [2010]), filed by the Ministry of Education (No.70 for teaching letter [2012]), incorporated into the national unified enrollment plan, and has the qualification of independently issuing nationally recognized academic certificates. Hetao College is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. The two-level management system of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Bayannaoer City is implemented, which is mainly managed by the autonomous region.
