Lu 'an, Anhui, China cooking master, Jiangnan chef, national judge, hotel professional manager, 15 years working experience, bachelor degree. Winner of the first international gourmet competition, winner of the 2007 Man-Han All-China International Cooking Competition, winner of the 2008 Olympic Seafood Cross-Strait International Cooking Art Competition, judge of the 2nd International Local Cuisine Cooking Competition, judge of the 5th International Cooking Competition of 20 101China Famous Chefs Finals. He came to Suzhou in 2003, and then worked as a chef with the famous Marriott Hotel in Suzhou (four-star), Overseas Chinese Hotel in Suzhou (three-star), International Trade Plaza Hotel in Suzhou, Green Light Resort Hotel in Xishan (Taiwan-funded), Guannan Hotel in Lianyungang (four-star), Jinsha Hotel in Hefei and many other hotels. At the end of 2008, Suzhou Yijiangnan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. was established to engage in the cooperation mode of hotel sole proprietorship. Companies that have served include Suzhou Zhouyu Food City, Jiangnan Kitchen, Changshu Yuhai Spring Ecological Park (4A), Nantong Xintiandi Club, Anhui Lu 'an Club, Universal Oscar Suzhou Station (the largest restaurant in Suzhou is 24,000 square meters), and Suzhou Nantang Baxian Building. He is currently Deputy Secretary-General of Suzhou Hotel Management Society and Director of China Food Research Committee.
