Recruitment conditions

1. Good political quality, love for the socialist motherland, support for the Party's principles and policies, love for education, strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, good conduct, law-abiding, good performance at school or during work (unemployment), no disciplinary action, being a model, and volunteering to serve rural grassroots education;

2. Those who meet the conditions of service posts and apply for middle school teachers must have a bachelor's degree or above, and the professional requirements are consistent with the disciplines of applying for service posts; English, music, physical education, and art teachers should apply for primary school posts, and their majors should be consistent with the disciplines they apply for service posts;

3. Physical conditions meet the requirements of "Physical Examination Standards for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Yunnan Province" and can adapt to the working and living environment conditions in the post setting area;

4. The level of Putonghua should meet the requirements stipulated in the Measures for the Implementation of Teachers' Qualification Regulations, and obtain the corresponding level of Putonghua proficiency test certificate.

5. Volunteers who have obtained the teacher qualification certificate and participated in the "Volunteer Service Plan for College Students in the West" and the "Three Supports and One Support" plan and whose service period has expired will be given priority under the same conditions.

6. Full-time master's degree or above is exempt from written examination and directly enters the interview assessment.

7. On-the-job special post teachers or national on-the-job public officials shall not take the special post teacher recruitment examination.
